I’ve tried to avoid this topic but here’s my take.
I understand the intention behind saying pregnancy is not a death sentence, but I find that statement kind of insensitive.
Pregnancy may not be a death sentence for most women, but it can absolutely be for some.
Women actually die from pregnancy related complications…some barely survive it.
Some sustain life-altering complications.
I think we should be careful not to invalidate these experiences in an attempt to make pregnancy sound less scary.

There was nothing good about Ronaldo this season. The word to describe him was SCARY. This is the scariest version of a footballer in the history of the sport.
