Namaste!🧘I loved being involved in some of the mindfulness meditation within the kindergarten class at @stringerbees ! I found this so valuable within an early years setting as it allows students to self-regulate, be present, and ready to learn!😊🧠🧘‍♀️ @EY_uwindsor
