People constantly underrate him because they can't execute hp management for sub 77%, but if you do then you have 100% dodge, a team protect, and 100% dodge back to back to back. That alone gives you a free slot in on teams that can make it to turn 10 guaranteed, but even without the guaranteed dodge you build him 30 or 32 dodge and he has ~70% odds to dodge every attack against a consecutive 4+ attack sequence which is timeless value
