Devastated that our boys 4x200 relay was DQ’d for this takeover after a superb effort at @westmidswimming Champs.
Any advice on sensible next steps would be massively appreciated. We really feel they deserve better.

An outstanding set of masterclasses from @DerbyExcelPerf Director of Swimming John Adye. He took our level 6s through energy systems development in swimming and the post-grads through planning and periodisation. Invaluable experiences for our learners, linking theory to practice – at Derby, England
