🚨 Mike Penders: "I have a lot of dreams...a lot of dreams. I hope I can win as many trophies as possible with the club." "The big dream? I think that would be winning the Champions League or winning a World Cup with my country, something like that. And then maybe go for the biggest individual prizes." "These are dreams that are far away, but you want to work towards them. This is the start of the journey." (@ChelseaFC) #CFC

Morgan Rogers is the perfect example of if a player clearly improves your team, just pay the money. Nobody generally cares about the £117m because it’s not their money. Imagine we missed out on Morgan lmao

With the recent news regarding Caicedo feeling “discomfort” again, my opinion on Alex Scott being signed in January is even stronger. As good as Lavia’s been, we can’t quite trust his health yet and Moi will be pushing towards 10 matches missed on the season already. Jordan Henderson and Barco are great depth options, but right now, shouldn’t be playing consistent minutes (both have looked bright this season, to be fair).

I really do think Josh Acheampong might not still be at Chelsea if Xabi Alonso hadn’t arrived. Things were getting tense before he came in. Just one of the many reasons I love having this man as our gaffer.

Whilst this may sound daft in 2026 I can personally vouch for @eddiemacbawa ‘s thoughts on this game. It was a performance that had to be seen to be believed. Eddie was such a great goalkeeper, whose career was cut tragically short by injury. Great man, great keeper.
On this evening in 1985 the greatest @ChelseaFC goalkeeping performance I have ever seen. We won 1-0 thanks to a Kerry Dixon goal but MOTM that night was Eddie Niedzwicki. If you were lucky to be there you witnessed something special. @cfc_heritage

I tell you what we need more of, tweets saying that you’re a legend if you can name six of a team photo from 20 years ago.

I saw some claims that Chelsea don’t need a midfielder this January, well you look a bit silly now. We’ve not even hit the winter period yet and we’re having inconsistencies with selection.

With how poor the pool of English defenders currently is, I wonder how long it will be till Josh gets a call up. He is only getting better and better Surely it’s only a matter of time.

🚨🔵 Didier Drogba on the trio: This front three has different strengths. Palmer sees it early, Rogers arrives with power, Pedro holds and finishes. When all three are fit, Chelsea look like a team that can hurt anyone.

🚨EXCLUSIVE: I have been told by my source that Pep Chavarría feels relaxed, comfortable and sees Chelsea as home. A lot of this has to do with Moisés Caicedo, who has been close to him since the moment he stepped into Cobham following his move to Chelsea. I’ve also received multiple pieces of information that Moisés Caicedo has been close to the new players who joined Chelsea this season. They see him as someone who has been there for them, someone they can lean on as they settle into a new environment. However, the player who seems to have benefited the most from this relationship is Pep Chavarría. Moisés Caicedo and Pep Chavarría have grown close, both in training and outside it. They also spend time together with their families, and Caicedo has played a big role in making Pep feel more comfortable and at home at Chelsea. I’m also told that Pep Chavarría has adapted really well to the intensity and physical demands of the Premier League. Although he hasn’t played many games, he’s comfortable and has settled into English football remarkably well. According to information close to the player, Pep Chavarría is also one of the players Chelsea now consider important to the squad. The moment he returns from injury, Chelsea fans want to see him play. The coaching staff want him back, and the manager wants him available. That’s the kind of player he has become at the club. These are the kinds of things I love to hear and see. Moisés Caicedo is displaying what being a captain is all about. It’s not just about giving instructions and commands on the pitch; it’s also about taking responsibility for making new signings feel comfortable, helping them settle in and making them feel at home. That’s leadership.

Tyrique George is now playing in the Premier League at a VERY high level and it takes me back to our Conference League nights with him. Say what you want about that competition, but it was key in developing players such as George and Acheampong. Cobham, I love you.

So many fans of other clubs got opinions on Cole palmer not being in the England squad!! For a player they think is pony he does tend to get other clubs fans very rattled! Wonder why that is 🤔

Xabi Alonso on Cole Palmer: "We have not talked about that [any England regret]. As far as we are playing games, we are focused on #CFC things - how to do better, how to help him. Those are our topics. We speak about Chelsea. We have enough on our plate."

Xabi Alonso: "Table means not too much. That can change in one week. We are taking a step forward, with the ball, against the ball, being more solid. We have a tough opponent in Sunderland. We know what it takes to win there. We know how demanding it will be."
