Argyle 45, Lovejoy 28 — big district win over a ranked team and a lot of eyes on the field. As left tackle I finished with 10 pancake blocks, helping clear the way for 617 total yards. Grateful for the attention and the chance to put on a show.

Argyle's Hayes Hackney and Julian Caldwell are out to strong starts that have them on pace to potentially break program records this fall.
They lead the No. 3-ranked Eagles' explosive offense into a key clash Friday against No. 8 Lucas Lovejoy.
