Kannadiga builders and real estate dons and so many political families benefited because of it .

Having worked for almost 22 yrs in the biggest top tier co's including service based and semicon giant, I can surely say that other state candidates are given preference in hiring, they don't come with any addl merit or experience but are only hired as the lead is an outsider.
My friend works at an IT company in one of the top cities of Karnataka. She is the only Kannadiga there; the rest of the employees are from neighbouring states because of biased hiring practices by HR.
While Kannadiga HR managers hire based on merit and skills, those from neighbouring states prioritize mother tongue over experience and professional skills.
Someone offered my friend a "Proxy" job offer. Basically someone else works in the shadows for you.. that's how Ameerpet Fake Certificates get a job and stay in one.
Some people especially some kannadigas keep repeating ‘Ameerpet fake certificates’ as if that explains everything.
Simple logic: even if someone gets selected with a fake certificate or fake interview, they can’t survive a real job. IT Companies fire underperformers.
Yet Telugus are in leading positions across the IT industry throughout world. If fake certificates were the story, those people wouldn’t be there. How do you miss this basic reality and still generalise an entire community? Is this low IQ common among them?
