Maybe us self-reliant souls have to start getting used to asking for help......hard in a world where self-responsibility is highly valued!

Thank you, everyone. I've had many offers of help now. I can't reply to everyone because my brain can't keep up with all the messages. But your kindness is appreciated.

Yeah, this aligns with my doctoral research with project managers. After very little coaching practice their listening, empathy, curiosity, collaboration improved. Might need more for feedback, but they certainly asserted responsibility to others! @francescagino
Collaboration that actually works: 1. Teach people to listen, not just talk. 2. Train employees to practice empathy. 3. Make people comfortable getting feedback. 4. Teach workers to lead and follow. 5. Speak with clarity. @francescagino s.hbr.org/2Pd13h9
