The role: a qualified deal lands on your desk. You scope it, build a quick prototype, price it and close it. Then the delivery team takes over and you move on to the next one.
- $185–220k base
- 5% commission on every deal, no cap
- OTE $485–520k (their top FE is on pace for $1M+)
- Fully remote, US only, no visa sponsorship
- 0–10 years' experience
