I’m sorry but no amount of fuel saving tips are going to help us from these never ending fuel increases. Keep your tips and give your employees an option to work from home a couple of days in the week. Better yet, give them a decent increase if you insist they come to the office.

I cannot stress how important it is for one to do this regularly...It is always good to have a baseline.
Think of it as an onboarding and exit examination.
And if your partner that you are starting with a relationship doesn't want you to go together, just know where you stand🤘🏾.

Never underestimate the power of good morning and goodnight texts, apologies and random compliments. They're very important.

Join us this week as we paint the roads pink for Elizabeth ‘Tsontso’ Moselakgomo, our Team Vitality member who was taken from us too soon.
Elizabeth was an avid runner and a dedicated member of the Team Vitality community. She showed up for the community through her participation in Vitality events, including the Vitality Run Series, where she recently completed the Wanderers 21 km.
Wear your brightest, pinkest fit as we celebrate the spirit of Tsontso: bubbly, vivacious and brimming with energy.
Join us on:
📅 Thursday and Saturday at a Team Vitality Zone near you: discovery.co.za/vitality/tea…
📅 Saturday morning at a parkrun near you: parkrun.co.za
🏃♀️ Or any other group run happening in your area.
If you would like to support Tsontso’s family and contribute towards the long-term financial security of her daughter, you will soon be able to donate your Điscovery Miles through Team Vitality donation campaign. We will share more details in the coming days

I’m saddened and horrified by the tragic passing of Elizabeth “Tsontso” Moselakgomo.
Our thoughts are with her daughter, and the rest of her family and community, including her Team Vitality running friends.
Discovery Vitality will be making a contribution to support.
Rest in Peace Elizabeth Tsontso Moselakgomo 💔💔💔
We were hoping for positive news but it was not meant to be.
It took your life for the plight of other women in KemptonPark to be known.
As we often say in the running spaces, ‘iRunner liyanyamezela’ but you couldn’t hold on for longer because you had ran your journey!
Deepest condolences to the Moselakgomo family, friends, colleagues & the entire running fragenity

We mourn the loss of Chinette Gallichan, a beloved member of the running community.
Our thoughts and prayers are with her family, friends, Runzone AC and the entire running community during this incredibly difficult time.
May her memory continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew her, and in every km run in her honour. 🕊️
