This is really good stuff from Jon Scheyer
He uses analytics to show his players exactly the shots they are not great at right now in practice, which means:
1) “You shouldn’t be shooting them right now in games”
1) “Let’s WORK at it for your long term”

Everybody wants to play for Duke until adversity hits. Four years of Brotherhood means fighting through injuries and setbacks, getting back in the gym, and finding a way to win. Caleb Foster covers SLAMU as the true embodiment of a Blue Devil.

We react to Duke's 84-50 win over Army. We talks starters vs. the bench, Dame Sarr's perfect night, Duke's shooting struggles, and the stifling defense.

*after I publicly and privately committed to honor my agreement but had my “team” actively soliciting.
Allegedly.
"I remember Darian called me and was like, 'I just got this crazy offer."
Nate Sheppard stayed at Duke when Darian Mensah and Cooper Barkate left for Miami. Now Duke's star running back is crashing the Heisman race led by Mensah.

My longest locker room chat of the night was with Duke basketball sophomore Cayden Boozer. All smiles. I asked him about his twin, Cameron Boozer, toward the end of this.😈🏀🎥🗣⬇️

Still a ways to go, but at what point does Manny Diaz get some flowers and a push for ACC COY?
One of, if not the lowest payroll in ACC. Left high and dry by HeWhoMustNotBeNamed and the ACC turning a blind eye to that nonsense. Last second QB market.
Has Duke in postseason again

GREAT episode here. The section when Jon spoke about the role of analytics was really fascinating. I don’t think I’ve heard him speak on it with this level of detail. Amazing stuff, guys!

Dusty May is a brilliant coach. Cooper's on-ball time has dropped dramatically, and yet he's not scoring less effectively. He's attacking quickly in advantage situation. I also love how Cooper is being used more as an off-ball rover on defense than a point-of-attack defender.
