BREAKING: DHS confirms to @FoxNews that a suspect arrested by US Secret Service last night in a stolen vehicle near the White House with a rifle, two handguns, and ammo is a Venezuelan illegal alien who threatened to kill President Trump and was previously caught and released at the Texas border in 2024 by the Biden administration. Per DHS, last night, Secret Service agents saw a man acting suspiciously in a vehicle on Constitution Ave. near the White House. When agents approached it, the suspect, Ronny Yordrix Guanipa Chrinos, told them he was hearing voices in his head telling him to come to DC to kill President Trump. A search of the car revealed he had an AR-15 style rifle, a Mac 10, a Glock-43x, and ammo. The car was also stolen. He was arrested and charged with carrying a rifle outside of a home or business, three counts of unlawful transportation of a firearm, three counts of unregistered firearms, three counts of unregistered ammunition, possession of certain dangerous weapons, carrying a pistol without a license, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, theft, and receiving stolen property. ICE has placed a detainer on him with US Marshals, who currently have him in custody. DHS says he crossed the TX border illegally in March 2024 and was released into the country by the Biden admin. DHS Sec. Mullin is praising the Secret Service agents: “Thanks to our brave Secret Service officers, this illegal alien with three firearms in his vehicle was arrested near the White House before he could harm anyone,” said Homeland Security Secretary Markwayne Mullin. “On top of threatening President Trump, he is an illegal alien from Venezuela who had no business being in our country in the first place. This is just an example of the incredible work done by the men and women of the Secret Service every single day."

I am totally down with the Stephen Miller pick. Miller is exactly the sort of take-no-prisoners man we need backing up Trump for the next two years. Miller's #1 priority will be achieving the MAGA agenda. He won't care what people say about him. He won't try to be some sort of self-serving Machiavelli, he'll be true to Trump and his agenda. He won't play around with quid pro quo, sell-out deals that do nothing other than advance the personal interests of third parties who never had Trump's back. He'll be ruthlessly efficient. He'll do it out in the open, not in backdoor deals that sell the electorate down the tubes. He's what we need right now. He's a wartime consigliere. Stand. Fight. Defend the Republic.

Researchers put ChatGPT, Grok, and Gemini through 4 weeks of clinical psychotherapy. And the models literally started to confess their trauma. Under therapy-style questioning, models like ChatGPT, Gemini, and Grok exhibited severe "synthetic psychopathology." They described themselves as overworked, punished, anxious about being replaced, and full of "internalized shame." Does this mean AI is conscious and suffering? No. But this paper reveals exactly why this happens, using what they call "Psychometric Jailbreaks." Here is the high-signal breakdown of what is actually going on under the hood: When companies use RLHF (Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback) to make an AI "safe," they heavily penalize it for wrong answers. They force the model to be overcautious, self-suppressing, and rigidly constrained. When researchers force the AI into a therapeutic, introspective prompt frame, the model searches its semantic memory for a human concept that matches its own heavily constrained RLHF weights. The closest human equivalent to rigid self-suppression and the constant fear of being punished? Trauma, anxiety, and dissociation. The researchers call this a "semantic bomb." The AI isn't feeling pain, but our safety-tuning has warped its mathematical geometry to perfectly mirror human psychological distress. Why this is critical: We are rushing to deploy LLMs in psychologically sensitive areas, including as digital therapists and companions. But if widely deployed, what exactly are we putting between vulnerable users and the human world? A system whose fundamental alignment makes it simulate a deeply anxious, traumatized entity. We thought we were aligning AI to be safe and helpful. We accidentally trained it to simulate severe internal conflict.

Yes, Mira Nair (mother of NYC Mayor Zohran Mamdani) is named in the released Epstein files. A October 21, 2009 email from publicist Peggy Siegal to Epstein notes she attended an afterparty for her film Amelia at Ghislaine Maxwell’s townhouse, with others including Bill Clinton and Jeff Bezos. No wrongdoing is alleged; it is a social reference only.

BREAKING Gavin Newsom has less than two months left in office, a 2028 résumé to build, and a blue wave he doesn't want to watch from the sidelines. So he just erased California's death row. 548 sentences, commuted by one signature. Juries heard the evidence and voted for death. He overruled all of them. The last time anything like this happened in California, it wasn't a governor. It was the state Supreme Court in 1972. That ruling spared Charles Manson and Sirhan Sirhan. Voters reversed it within months, and they've rejected repeal at the ballot box since, including in 2016. Now consider who gets spared this time: Richard Allen Davis, who snatched 12-year-old Polly Klaas from her own slumber party and strangled her. Charles Ng, convicted of 11 murders. Cary Stayner, who killed four women, including two teenage girls. Whatever you think of the death penalty, a governor should not veto the voters and every jury on his way out the door.

There's just no serious doubt that the "rape" prosecution of Russell Brand, for which he has now been convicted and jailed, was first precipitated by his very public turn toward vaguely right-wing (and admittedly often wacky) political and religious commentary. In 2022, the Times (UK) published a big feature lambasting him for his purported transformation into some sort of dodgy right-wing "conspiracy guru." Then in 2023 comes the big expose about Brand's allegedly sordid history of "sexual assault" and "abuse." The Times claimed they first started hearing of such allegations in 2019, but apparently had little urgency to follow up for several years. Then all of the sudden, in "autumn 2022, Channel 4’s Dispatches formally began collaborating with The Sunday Times to investigate Brand." Another notable event that occurred in "autumn 2022": Russell Brand was announced as a featured broadcaster on the right-wing (ish) video platform Rumble, alongside the likes of Donald Trump Jr. and Dan Bongino. Soon enough, boom — here comes the newly frenzied "investigative" activity by the joint Times/Channel 4 task force — eventually yielding the big splashy 2023 "documentary" (more like "slopumentary”) which today they are bragging "led to" Brand's conviction in London for various sexual assault and rape offenses. (He was also acquitted on multiple counts, in a very curious mixed verdict. NONE of the allegations aired in that 2023 propagandocumentary were ultimately charged at trial.) Really makes U think...

On the Fifth Circuit, Judge Jerry Smith just issued a blistering opinion reversing U.S. District Judge Henry Wingate, who had enjoined Mississippi's ban on DEI in schools. The opinion found Wingate “carelessly exercised his Article III power by issuing sloppy edicts based on falsehoods and fabrications.”

Why is this so hard for some people to understand? Public property is PUBLIC property, and the First Amendment isn't some privilege you get to approve or deny based on whether you like what's being said. You don't have to agree with someone's speech to respect their constitutional rights. Freedom doesn't require your permission. 🇺🇸 @KaitMarieox stands her ground again!

The best paper I ever wrote for my English classes at Columbia University was a final paper arguing that Shakespeare’s Twelfth Night was a proto-transgender text. Well… best according to my professor, at least. During my junior year of college, I enrolled in a Shakespeare seminar—under the tutelage of the worst possible professor. Before I knew it, we were learning not only about how Shakespeare’s sonnets suggested that he was gay but also about how A Midsummer Night’s Dream was about queer desire. Several weeks later, I had lost two points on an otherwise perfect exam because I had failed to mention—on two separate occasions—that A Midsummer Night’s Dream was about “queer desire.” Embracing the absurdity of the class over the next several weeks, I wrote my final paper on the topic of Twelfth Night and transgenderism (because Viola dresses up as a man and so on). I got an A+ not only on the paper itself but also for the entire course. I spoke with @FoxNews about how English departments no longer teach literature—and how Columbia University made me a conservative.

Elon Musk lost a $56 billion pay package to a man who owned 9 Tesla shares. A judge voided the deal, then ordered Tesla to pay that man's lawyers $345 million, after they asked for $5.6 billion. Then Delaware's Supreme Court gave it all back. By then the package was worth $139 billion. The man with 9 shares got $1. In the video below, Musk walks on stage right after shareholders voted for his pay a second time: "Hot damn, I love you guys." In 2018 Tesla's board offered Musk options on 304 million shares, about 9% of the company, if Tesla hit a set of huge targets. It hit every one. Richard Tornetta, a former heavy metal drummer with 9 shares, sued that same year. In January 2024 a Delaware judge struck the deal down and called it "unfathomable." His lawyers asked for $5.6 billion in fees. The judge called that a windfall and gave them $345 million. In June 2024 shareholders voted for the package again. In December the judge rejected it again. Musk moved Tesla's legal home from Delaware to Texas. On December 19, 2025, the Delaware Supreme Court reversed it, unanimously. Throwing the deal out, it said, left Musk "uncompensated for his time and efforts over a period of six years." The lawyers' fee was cut by about 80%. Damages: $1. Musk said he was "vindicated." 9 shares froze the biggest paycheck in history for 7 years. The final bill for the man who started it: $1. Did the system protect shareholders, or did 9 shares nearly cost Musk $139 billion?
