|| I finished Sunrise on the Reaping. It was the best book I’ve read all year. Maybe ALL of my life. It was my favorite hunger games book ever. It was SO SAD BUT SO DAMN GOOD AND THOUGHT PROVOKING I NEED TO PROCESS
|| about halfway done with sunrise on the reaping. It may be my favorite hunger games book yet!!! INCREDIBlE! Emotional. Thought provoking. And full of Easter eggs I truly cannot get enough. Suzanne is a master craft author I’m constantly dropping my jaw at this book.

May 8th is Katniss Everdeen’s birthday in the Hunger Games book trilogy. 🏹🔥
Katniss references her May 8th birthday in The Hunger Games:
“I kept telling myself if I could only hold out until May, just May 8th, I would turn twelve and be able to sign up for the tesserae and get that precious grain and oil to feed us.”
“On May 8th, I went to the Justice Building, signed up for my tesserae, and pulled home my first batch of grain and oil in Prim’s toy wagon.”
Happy Birthday to our Mockingjay, Katniss Everdeen!

she’s cuddling up close to @DevotedLuminary on this chilly night.
|| I told my best friend that I would love a scene with him, talking to his granddaughter and like telling her the story or something. Like just a little cameo
