Charge d’Affaires Mr. R. Madhu Sudan visited the Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Station and met Mr. Ono Akira, Vice President of Tokyo Electric Power Co. Ltd. Mr. Ono and his team briefed the Cd’A on the ongoing decommissioning process of the plant, and both discussed potential areas of collaboration. The TEPCO team facilitated a tour of the facilities undergoing decommissioning and apprised the Cd’A of the current status while providing an overview of key facilities and processes.
