The prototype combines one of our @DextaRobotics
hand robots with a @haption Virtuose 6D. The two robots dynamically connect using an electromagnet, so you get the advantage of weight feedback when within range of the haption arm.

I tried out a force feedback “haptic” glove at SIGGRAPH. It simulated the resistance of touching objects in virtual space. I felt objects in the computer. Vast practical applications came to mind.
