As a proud Canadian, I had the extraordinary honour of becoming one of the first women of Indian origin elected to the Parliament of Canada, and later, one of the first immigrant women in our nation’s history to run for Prime Minister of Canada. My journey stands as a powerful testament to the promise of this nation — that in Canada, your future is not defined by your last name, but by your courage to rise, your determination to persevere, and your willingness to take risks & shatter glass ceilings. So sad to see young kids - born & raised in Canada being taught hatred against humanity & other religions. These are not Canadian values nor the teachings of Sikhism. The slogans being chanted at protests against #India @MEAIndia & @narendramodi as the PM of India are not reflective of the behaviour of Canadians & all Sikhs living in Canada 🇨🇦. Some of the initiatives under PM Modi's leadership of opening up of Kartarpur Corridor, Hemkunt Sahib Ropeway, waiving GST on Langar items, & celebrating 550th Prakash Purab of Guru Nanak Dev Ji have been greatly appreciated by the Sikh community globally. Yes there should be accountability & Yes to free speech but a big NO to inciting violence, hatred & threats against others. Canadian businesses need more partners not enemies & the world needs more peace ☮️ not hate.

Tragic. Sad & Shocking. Prayers for all the families that have lost loved ones in the tragic Air India crash. To the family in Mississauga heartfelt condolences & to the sole survivor may God give you strength. Let us all pray and remember the fragility of life. A heartbreaking tragedy.

A glimpse into the play book of the @liberal_party establishment ... Whenever someone threatens @MarkJCarney's coronation, the "foreign interference" accusations mysteriously appear on the front page at the Globe & then @CBCNews. First, they did it to people of color. Now, it’s @PierrePoilievre. Anyone who is competing & winning against @MarkJCarney - could be next. The most absurd part? It’s @MarkJCarney who’s been living and working outside of Canada for the past 20 years. 😳 That's why 5.8 million people engaged on my X account after this BS happened to me. No one wants an attack on our democracy. The Liberal Party elites need to battle this election on policies, ideas, & vision — not by attacking opponents with baseless smears.

Think about this... days after the leadership "race" @MarkJCarney announces an election. How is it that the planes, buses & print material for a federal election campaign were prepared so quickly ? It is becoming clearer every day that the establishment of the @liberal_party knew from day one that @MarkJCarney would be selected. That's why he had inside access to Ministers. It's clear there was never a race. It was always a sham & rigged so that the elites could fundraise for the party from hardworking Canadians. 350K * 5 = 1,750,000 Million raised. Think about this… @MarkJCarney wants the leadership, so the establishment disqualifies a winning competitor & keeps her $350K deposit - donated by hardworking taxpayers. @MarkJCarney needs to get elected, so he turns his back on Alberta & instead the establishment kicks out a 3-time MP from Nepean - one day before the deadline. If any employee experienced this harassment in the workplace, we'd take it to the Employment Standards Board & the racism? Straight to the Human Rights Commission. Does @MarkJCarney think it’s ok for the elite of the @liberal_party to bully, silence, defame, & disqualify women & Canadians from multicultural communities & then ask for their vote?
