Extremely disappointed in the customer support team at @loopearplugs. Made an order nearly a week ago, my order has not shipped with any updates. All I could be offered was an update on the order in 24-72 hours. The 72 hours marking past when I should have recieved my order. 1/2

I made the order to have some nice earplugs for an event this weekend. Guess thats not happening. Extremely disappointed.
