My incredible friend, @MarkWebb_ 's TEDX talk in Kingston today. If a mate is facing a tough time, check in, don't drift. A straightforward message but it's extraordinary how many people feel "discomfort with discomfort" as Mark put it. 👏👏👏@TEDxKingston #MS #disability ❤️💜😍
