These two Husband and Wife shareholders voted it down. They filed 13G filings but clearly aren’t passive when you own 30% and vote against the Boards recommendation in this case.

$GRTX I think these two shareholders voted against the liquidation. They are actually husband and wife. They built their position this year and forced the company to add a “poison pill”. Based off 54.4m shares outstanding only 32.2m voted.

$ALJJ looks like they did an almost 7% buyback after June 30 quarter end. Jess was actually one of the sellers.

$EVOL. Did you see this drop last week? My interpretation is they will do a reverse stock split of so many shares and anyone below that threshold will get bought out. It’s what this same group did with $CCUR about 18 months ago. Thoughts?

$CBIO lost $88 million dollars last year and $56 million dollars the year before.There is a reason this stock has dropped from over $5 per share in 8 months.Get out while you can. Management is self dealing and has destroyed tons of value.The sale doesn’t matter if they burn cash
