Not factual to say Minister is delaying. I don't directly deal with extradition requests. Real work is among ED MOJ, Police, ACC and PG. There has been a back and forth among them. Once they're done Minister is given a complete dossier for signature and this has not happened yet

This is not the position of the Ministry of Justice. I certainly did not sanction it. The staff member may have done so in his individual capacity as a scholar. Rights are protected by constitutions not by referendums.
Hon. @ydausab please do not let this happen. You know this is a wrong move and will not solve the crises we are facing, referendums should not be held to decide on human rights issues. In your wisdom, I trust you will not let this happen. Toxoba🥺🙏🏾

Private defense is part of our criminal law. We are entitled to protect body, property etc but our action must still be lawful and reasonable. When someone is killed, the state must investigate and court must test whether key elements were met during that act of self defence.
Can @ydausab please clarify what we are supposed to do when our safety and privacy are threatened by armed criminals because this is ridiculous. Why can we not protect ourselves, our loved ones and our properties?? 🙄

Hi. Yes. Last year’s Essential Services Provider Certificates have lapsed with all the regulations of the State of Emergency. So, what’s happening right now is that because the regulations were only gazetted this morning, the Trade Ministry is busy activating last year’s database
