Tommy Robinson has been found guilty - it is my view that the system has, again, treated him unfairly.
We live in dark times.
I feel more and more relieved that the next Mass Effect game got cancelled as time goes on.
It deserves to be in the hands of a more trustworthy studio. (if there's any)

BioWare Was Asked to Remove LGBTQ Flag from Canceled Mass Effect Game, Report Says polygon.com/mass-effect-univ…
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
The Polygon headline claims BioWare "was asked to remove LGBTQ flag," but BFM journalist clarifies devs proactively removed a flag resembling (not the actual) Pride flag from a demo to anticipate feedback, not to hide elements.

VETERANS wearing a Poppy are BANNED from from Wetherspoons
WOW. Manager of Gosport Wetherspoons states it’s ‘Company policy’ to not allow anyone in with a Remembrance Poppy on as it ‘could be political’
I can’t believe what I just heard from our nations biggest pub chain.
Veterans wearing a poppy are banned from Wetherspoons.

I prefer games that:
- Have a hot/sexualized female protagonist
- Have a cool male protagonist
- Or let me create and customize my character
I tend to avoid games that don’t have these

>Citadel Council suddenly antagonistic to Humanity for no reason
>Humans allying with the Krogan and fucking BATARIANS
>Geth are their own faction but no Quarians
>Andromeda kept as canon
>more John Wick copy bullshit
>Liara ugged up because "she's older" when Asari don't physically age like humans
Thank God this was canceled.
I can finally talk about Mass Effect Universe.
Since Bioware closed I can now reveal that I was part of the Mass Effect Council, saw what BioWare was building, and provided feedback during development.
• Set 600+ years after the Reaper War
• You play as a customizable N7 agent
• Instead of being a walking gun rack, you're a cross between John Wick and James Bond
• Shepard's legacy preserved, regardless of your ending
• A galaxy divided into three major factions
• Humanity, Krogan, Batarians, and more allied together
• Council races forming their own alliance
• The Geth emerging as a third superpower
• A galactic Cold War instead of another Reaper style invasion with a shadowy adversary
• Geth-built megastructures
• Connections between the Milky Way and Andromeda
• Experimental technology implanted in you as a unique point of difference
• Hacking and manipulating the environment
• See through walls, identify systems, remotely trigger hazards and more
• Handcrafted missions like ME1-3
• But with Hitman-style freedom in how you complete them
• Brutal close-range executions
• Squadmates who can clash with each other
• Romance wasn't being sanitised
• Liara returns - now an incredibly powerful Asari Matriarch
From what I saw, BioWare was making Mass Effect for us, the fans, not for people who don't exist.
It looked incredible.
And now we may never get to play it.

🚨NEW from Brownhills, Walsall: Patriots just scaled the 40ft Miner statue and wrapped it in a massive Union Jack - while the roundabout is now a sea of St George’s Crosses.
Their message is simple: “For every flag you take down, we’ll raise five more.”
If a British flag on a British monument celebrating British mining heritage offends you, you’re not protecting the country - you’re part of what’s been draining it.
Pride isn’t optional anymore. 🇬🇧
How does it look from where you’re sitting?

RE-EDIT OF A POST: To see such a once beloved video game company be destroyed by the activists that had no business in working in video games still breaks my heart.
Loved KOTOR and Mass Effect as they were my top Sci-Fi picks during High school and college years.
