I am speechless @GracyBitget
Bitget just caused another price dislocation event for $DOG by announcing $DOG's delisting at the same time that withdrawals are suspended
This is now the second time in less than a month that this has happened and it is starting to become harder to believe that it is not intentional
This has had an immediate and direct negative impact on $DOG's price
An exchange should not delist a coin while simultaneously blocking users from withdrawing
Bitget is effectively holding $DOG hostage and forcing users who hold $DOG to sell below market price in order to gain access to their funds
This is starting to feel like a form of extortion
The price difference between $DOG on Bitget and other exchanges is a direct reflection of the low levels of trust that users have in Bitget right now
Please address this immediately
The $DOG Army is VERY unhappy about this and will not tolerate being treated this way

Bitwise’s president just said he’ll look into a $DOG ETF.
A “will look into” from the president of the firm that already ships crypto ETFs.
That’s how these things start. 🫡 🧡 🚀

It makes no sense for Bitget to ever delist a massive coin like $DOG while keeping hundreds of low cap vaporware coins
@GracyBitget should announce that $DOG is no longer being delisted EVER!!!!!

Dear @GracyBitget,
I would like to bring to your attention a serious incident that occurred on Bitget yesterday as a second-order effect of the hack.
Despite the exploit occurring only hours earlier, with withdrawals still frozen, Bitget made a delisting announcement for $DOG.
The combination of the $DOG delisting announcement, the inability for users to withdraw, and broader trust concerns following the hack resulted in a significant price dislocation event for $DOG on Bitget.
Making a delisting announcement while withdrawals are paused, particularly just hours after a major exploit and during a period of heightened market uncertainty, is highly abnormal for an exchange.
This is the type of behavior one might expect from smaller, less reputable exchanges, but not from an established and respected exchange such as Bitget.
As a result, $DOG's price on Bitget has significantly decoupled from prices on other exchanges, directly impacting Bitget users who hold or trade $DOG.
Bitget has been a popular and trusted venue for trading $DOG for two and a half years, and it is disappointing to see longtime $DOG holders negatively affected in this way after being loyal to Bitget for so long.
Furthermore, $DOG is a major cryptocurrency project with one of the strongest and most active memecoin communities in all of crypto.
It is difficult to understand the decision to delist a $100M+ asset like $DOG, which has generated more than $1B in trading volume on Bitget, while the exchange continues to list hundreds of significantly smaller assets with communities that are only a small fraction of the size of the $DOG Army.
On behalf of the $DOG Army, I would therefore like to formally request that Bitget reconsider this decision and reinstate $DOG spot trading.
Doing so would help address the market dislocation created under these unusual circumstances and demonstrate Bitget's commitment to its longtime users.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. We also wish Bitget the best in recovering the stolen assets and resolving any other issues arising from the hack.
Sincerely,
$DOG Army

Dear @krakenfx @arjunsethi
I am requesting a PUBLIC market integrity review of $DOG (Bitcoin Rune) trading on Kraken
I have been observing unusual order book behavior on $DOG/USD for some time. Following the extreme price action on September 21, I began collecting and analyzing Kraken market data. The results deserve an explanation
SEPTEMBER 21 (EXECUTED TRADES)
Kraken recorded several extremely concentrated bursts of executed $DOG volume:
• 18:03:28 UTC - ~47.0M $DOG in 1 second
• 18:31:12 UTC - ~33.8M $DOG in 1 second
• 18:31:46 UTC - ~48.6M $DOG in 1 second
• 20:12:35 UTC - ~32.9M $DOG in 1 second
• 20:22:53 UTC - ~45.4M $DOG in 1 second
During the 18:31 event alone, approximately 93M $DOG traded in ~34 seconds, while executions reached from $0.001156 down to $0.000723 , an intraburst decline of approximately 37%
The lowest execution at $0.000723 was followed by a recovery above $0.0009 in less than one second and above $0.0010 roughly two minutes later (actual Kraken executions)
SEPTEMBER 24 (LIVE KRAKEN ORDER BOOK MONITORING)
I then began recording Kraken’s $DOG/USD L2 order book together with executed trades
In less than 50 minutes, the analysis recorded:
• 66 reductions of displayed 20M+ $DOG liquidity
• 117,590,198 $DOG of cumulative displayed liquidity removed
• 0 $DOG matched by executions at those levels within the matching window
• 0.00% trade explained
• 100.00% unexplained by executions
The data also records repeated automated CANCELLATION/REPLACEMENT behavior, including displayed liquidity being removed and subsequently restored extremely quickly
To be very clear: I am NOT claiming that this evidence alone proves spoofing, identifies a particular participant, or establishes manipulative intent
I am asking Kraken’s market surveillance team to investigate and explain what the data represents
My questions to @krakenfx and @arjunsethi are:
1.Has Kraken reviewed the September 21 $DOG/USD executions and the extreme temporary price dislocation?
2.Were these events flagged by Kraken’s market surveillance systems?
3.What caused repeated tens of millions of $DOG execution bursts within individual seconds?
4.Can Kraken explain the persistent large displayed liquidity cancellation/replacement patterns visible in its order book?
5.Does Kraken consider this activity consistent with ordinary market making and normal operation of the $DOG/USD market?
“I am specifically requesting a PUBLIC response from Kraken”
This concerns the integrity and operation of a public market used by all $DOG participants. It is not an individual account or customer support issue
I am fully prepared to provide Kraken’s market surveillance/compliance team privately with the raw trade data, raw L2 order book data, exact UTC timestamps and analysis methodology so that every figure above can be independently verified.
However, because these events occurred on a public Kraken market and affected its participants, I believe Kraken’s findings and explanation should also be made public.
“This is not an accusation”
It is a documented request for transparency and a market integrity review.
$DOG holders, traders and Kraken customers deserve a clear technical explanation
@krakenfx @arjunsethi
Best Regards
$DOG
