Right now, countless dogs & pups are suffering in awful conditions, caged in tiny pens by cruel breeders. These vulnerable pups will soon be torn from their mums & into the hands of unsuspecting buyers. Sign our petition today to help end breeding cruelty: dogstrust.ie/tradition

This Christmas, countless puppies will be torn from their mums & placed into the hands of unsuspecting buyers. While the pup might go on to live a wonderful life, what about the mum left behind? 💔 Sign the petition to help end breeding cruelty in Ireland: dogstrust.ie/tradition

💔 Pie’s story shouldn’t have to happen again💔 Pie arrived last year, as one of 25 dogs rescued from a puppy farm. She was terrified, trembling & totally shut down. While she wasn’t pregnant, she'd likely recently had pups. No dog should be treated as a breeding machine (1/2)

Thankfully, Pie has found a home, & now spends her days enjoying walks, cuddles, & snoozing beside her new cat friend, Sam.  But for countless others, the story doesn’t end like Pie’s.   👉 Please sign our petition to help end breeding cruelty: dogstrust.ie/tradition  (2/2)

🧵 When Nieve arrived to us last year, rescued from a puppy farm, she was terrified - trembling at the sight of people & totally distressed.  With gentle care, Nieve has slowly learned that kind hands bring comfort, not fear. She’s still shy, but she’s made huge progress 💕 (1/2)

Sadly, Nieve’s story isn’t unique. Too many dogs in Ireland are still suffering due to cruel breeding practices. But you can help change that.  ✍️ Sign our petition calling on the government to end cruel breeding practices once and for all: dogstrust.ie/tradition (2/2)

From "Look at my sweet puppy!" to "Why is he taller than my kitchen table?" 🤔 The transition from puppy > teenager can be a rocky road. The training doesn't stop, it just gets more tailored to your dog's needs. Do they jump up? Maybe they struggle with recall, or bark ALOT? 🤨
