The most profitable agencies I see are much stronger on consulting than done for you. They can do done for you services, but that's not the value anymore. The value is the thinking with the ability to prioritize and drive results.

Lead gen hack. Produce a lot of organic content. Put $50-$100 in budget behind the ones that outperform organically. This shit rips.

The fact that Meta makes it so hard to give them money still blows my mind.

I think we’re still in the early days of marketing on Instagram. Video is still really hard for people. Creating great video is near impossible for most. If you can do it, you can really stand out.

I wasted $150k trying to get more leads for my agency. We got more leads, but it didn’t grow. That’s because leads weren’t the issue my business had. It was an offer and pricing problem. This is why i am so adamant about fixing the foundation before you go get more leads.
