So, I wrote a short book. I took my 18 years in marketing, 10 years building agencies, working with over 500 agencies and owners, and generating over $300M in high ticket B2B leads...and put it into a book. And I'm giving it away FREE. Just comment BOOK and I'll send it over.

I regret to inform you that when you pick a niche, raise your prices, write down and follow your sales process, follow up with old leads, and post about your work every week, your agency will grow 10x faster.

I think we’re still in the early days of marketing on Instagram. Video is still really hard for people. Creating great video is near impossible for most. If you can do it, you can really stand out.

I wasted $150k trying to get more leads for my agency. We got more leads, but it didn’t grow. That’s because leads weren’t the issue my business had. It was an offer and pricing problem. This is why i am so adamant about fixing the foundation before you go get more leads.

I am taking on 3 more 1:1 coaching clients this year, before I close that and go heads down building the 2.0 version of my coaching business. If you own a digital agency that does at least $25k/mo and you haven't grown like you hoped this year, pop me a DM and let's chat.

FYI: you don’t need to test something if it’s already worked for many others. You need to commit.

The biggest boss that every entrepreneur has to beat is their own psychology. Yesterday, my wife asked me why I stopped doing something that was working. I didn't have a good answer. So I guess two lessons: 1. Have an awesome wife. 2. Keep doing what works.

A coaching client just messaged me that their first kid has arrived. This is the good stuff.

There needs to be a new “pill” added on to red pill/blue pill. I call it @AlexHormozi “Mozi Pilled.”

I kinda* and unintentionally quit listening to podcasts earlier this year. Started listening to more books and really studying them. Podcasts mostly feel like cheap dopamine to me now. Strange shift. *I listen to 1-2 short episodes a week. That’s it.

Two clients using the lead reactivation strategy to build their sales pipeline. This is one of the quickest wins for new business in any agency. Ignore at your own risk.

Friendly reminder that it’s ok to be selfish. It literally means “ a lover of oneself.” If you can’t love yourself, how can you love others? I’m all about being selfish AND caring about others.

I built two agencies to mid to high six figures. Employees. Payroll. Simple delivery. And still, my $400k/yr coaching biz that is just me and Claude is WAY better for me. Go for what you want. See if it’s what you want. If it is, keep going. If not, change it. True freedom.
