Today I'm delisting all 623 of my Premium domains from Atom.
This is not a rant. Atom is a great marketplace and I'll keep using it.
But their Premium rules don't fit any venue I work with:
• Premium domains can't be listed on Sedo
• My Afternic price has to be 10% above Atom's
• Too many demands on every domain
• Support is much slower than Dynadot or Sedo
So from now on, nothing goes on Atom as Premium.

We've been busy developing Alf Website Studio over the past few months, adding new features and expanding what it can do.
Here's what's now possible with Alf 👇
✳ Connect Google Analytics
Add Google Analytics to a website to see how many people visit and where they come from. Explore other SEO, marketing & cookie plugins in Site Manager.
✳ Keep track of usage limits
A new clear dashboard shows usage per current session, day and month, and when the limits reset.
✳ Add images in the chat
Upload images straight to the Alf chat to use on a website, or ask Alf to generate new ones from scratch.
✳ Add interactive features
Ask Alf to add custom scripts to individual sections, like animations, sale countdown timers or interactive games.
✳ Create an online store
Alf can now build multi-page stores based on a few questions. Add products, images, and prices, connect Stripe payments, and get ready to sell online.
✳ Review the brief before Alf builds a site
Alf now creates a short brief with site description, its goal, style, tone of voice, and other key details. Review it, make changes if needed, then click “Build my website”.
✳ Build before connecting a domain
Build a whole website first, connect to a domain right before publishing. Alf no longer requires a domain name connection to start building.
If you already have a website powered by Alf and want to try the new features or plugins, just ask Alf.

#UDRP #dcal.com denied. The Complainant, A&Z Pharmaceutical, Inc. of New York, established in 1995, relied on U.S. registrations for the D-CAL mark from 2016 and 2021. The Domain Name was created in 2000, and the Korean Respondent said he bought it at public auction in March 2023 for USD 2,492 to build a personal website, but financial difficulties delayed development. The domain was parked and offered for sale, with an asking price of USD 685,000.
The Panel found no direct evidence that the Respondent targeted the mark, noting that the Complainant did not prove its mark was famous generally or in Korea and that a four-letter term has varied legitimate uses. Nice to see a 1.5 year old AI startup just raised a few hundreds of millions of dollars and with MRR of $100. Let's see if they go for the .ai or .si (i own it) version or both. Good test. AI is used on their site not SI.
