The Binance hacker might have just pulled off one of the smartest moves I’ve seen in crypto. First, Tether froze $1.5 billion in USDT. Then Circle froze another $800 million in USDC. At that point, it looked like the hacker’s money was trapped. But apparently, he had already planned for that. Instead of holding the stolen USDT in a wallet, he allegedly deposited it into Aave and used it as collateral to borrow ETH. Then he walked away. That’s where the story gets crazy. Tether can freeze the USDT sitting in the wallet. But it can’t freeze the ETH he already borrowed. So now Aave is left holding frozen collateral, while the hacker is sitting on liquid ETH. And unless the protocol can recover it somehow, he may not even need to pay the loan back. Two companies froze billions of dollars in seconds. But someone who understood how to use DeFi may have found a way around both of them. Pretty insane when you think about it.
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
The described Aave deposit used only ~60M USDT as collateral to borrow 19,762 WETH before freezes hit the main wallet, not the bulk of funds; Aave states the overcollateralized position is subject to normal liquidation with no material protocol risk. governance.aave.com/t/binance-hot-

James O’Keefe on the Felony Charges for Exposing Fraud in Minnesota: This is not political. It is fundamental. It is about whether citizens still have the right to question their government. This is now a landmark First Amendment case, and every American’s right to speak truth to power has been put on the line. Weaponized lawfare does not work against me. It has always backfired on the people who come after me. Most people find criminal charges and lawsuits stressful; the process becomes a form of punishment. But I love this process because it gives me the opportunity to expose injustice at the highest levels. My foundation will be indemnifying members of the Justice League, including @camhigby for their lawful reporting. I’m calling on all Americans, and especially all journalists, to stand united on a message to the prosecutors in Minnesota: the politics of fear will not prevail in the United States of America.

NEWSFLASH: Dominion CTO Eric Coomer’s libel case against me for saying Dominion’s equipment rigs elections was just thrown out by the judge on summary judgment. Trial was supposed to start next Wednesday, but the judge read our evidence and realized I was correct. No libel.

Let’s be clear: If I’m not going to sleep with you, I don’t need to know anything about your sexuality. And children—who are not going to sleep with anyone—certainly don’t. Your sexuality is not sacred. It’s not a personality, it’s not a protected class of performance art, and it’s not the center of anyone’s moral universe but your own. Unless we are in a relationship, I am not obligated to acknowledge, affirm, or be exposed to your private desires—especially not in public, and especially not in front of children. This used to be understood. Now it’s called hate. No, We Don’t Owe You an Audience Sexuality belongs in the private realm. It is intimate by definition. If you feel compelled to wear your kink on your sleeve—or on a float, or in a first-grade classroom—you are not inviting understanding, you are demanding submission. You are violating others’ right not to participate. Consent doesn’t vanish because your fetish is “progressive.” If anything, the burden is higher. No one consents to being flashed on the subway. No one consents to a stranger’s arousal. No one consents to a stranger telling their child about masturbation, kink, gender identity, or pornographic categories under the guise of “inclusive sex ed.” Yet all of this is happening now—in public parks, in classrooms, in televised programming. It is not tolerance. It is invasion. Children Are Not Here to Validate You Children are not queer. Children are not sexual. Children do not need to “see themselves represented” in a spectrum of adult desire. This idea—that identity is only valid if sexualized and mirrored—is narcissism, not pedagogy. There is no legitimate reason to initiate a child into the language of sexual preference, gender identity, or alternative lifestyles. The only people who benefit from that dynamic are those looking to normalize boundary violations. Let me state it plainly: Children who are not going to have sex do not need to be exposed to sexuality. Period. Any adult who insists otherwise is not confused. They are grooming. Public Fetishism Is Not Liberation There is a vast difference between being gay and demanding the right to simulate sex acts in front of children. Between being transgender and insisting on teaching kindergartners about breast removal. Between being proud of who you are and insisting the whole world observe your kink play in the street. This is not diversity. This is decay. Men in dog masks being walked on leashes by their lovers are not brave—they are forcing strangers into their psychodrama. This is exhibitionism, and when children are present, it becomes criminal exhibitionism. We used to know this. Peeping, flashing, voyeurism—these were considered red flags. Dangerous behaviors. Early signs of escalation. Now they’re filmed, hashtagged, and funded by public grants. Stop Calling It Love—It’s Entitlement This is not about who you love. It’s about how you demand to be seen. If you need the entire public to witness, applaud, and adapt to your sexuality, you’re not a pioneer—you’re an emotional colonizer. Love does not demand a captive audience. It does not parade past toddlers. It does not demand that schools teach four-year-olds about “preferred pronouns.” Love protects children. Love guards modesty. Love waits. And if you can’t wait—if you need to be seen, affirmed, and obeyed—you’re not talking about love. You’re talking about power. Consent Applies to Culture, Too We teach children that consent is sacred—so why are we failing to apply that lesson to public life? No child consents to drag queen story hour. No parent consents to leather harnesses on city floats. No woman consents to being exposed to male sexuality in the ladies’ room, or in the school library, or anywhere she cannot opt out. Consent is not just for sex. It’s for everything. Attention. Language. Presence. Ideology. Imagery. And we are done pretending we don’t notice when it’s violated. The boundary is back. And we are drawing it in bold.

So what’s the deal, people want to buy BTC for $82,000 when they can buy BSV for $17 a coin. We all know BTC is a co-opted & hijacked chain & BSV is Satoshi’s original Bitcoin.

<<[The alleged gang rape at Cornell] been covered by ABC, NBC, CBS, all the cables and national newspapers, The Telegraph (UK), The Guardian (UK), The Jerusalem Post (you’d think they have more important things on their minds), Le Monde and Le Figaro, despite the French’s usual blasĂ© attitude toward orgies. [And endlessly by The New York Times.] I interpret this to mean that sexual assault on college campuses is BIG news. So why do the media consistently bury stories about the rash of rapes committed by college football players? Didn’t they hear about the convictions of football stars like Jamarion Wilcox, Jayden Roberts, Jalen Kelley, Kendal Marks, Jamaal Evans, Ismael Vaifou and Kishawn Holmes? Not just the media, but the universities cover for (certain) rapist athletes. In the 2010s, Baylor University wanted to become a football powerhouse, so it began recruiting the thugs that other football programs avoided. Sure, some coeds will be brutally gang-raped, but we could win bowl after bowl! Sexual assaults on campus exploded. (On the plus side, Baylor won a slew of bowls.) A few years after this genius plan was implemented, an investigation by the law firm Pepper Hamilton found that at least 19 football players had been involved in dozens of rapes, including a minimum of four gang rapes. The university had to settle with 15 women. The head football coach, the athletic director, and the president of the university were fired or forced to resign. The following year, Baylor settled a lawsuit alleging 52 acts of rape by 31 football players between 2011 and 2014. I’m not a national newspaper, but that sounds newsworthy to me. ...>> My New Column, 'Reverse Rapism' anncoulter.substack.com/p/re

Because I didn't fork anything. BTC changed the protocol. BSV restored and preserved the original rules. Starting a new chain with a new genesis block would have created a different system, not Bitcoin. The entire point was continuity of the existing ledger, existing transactions, existing ownership records, and the protocol as originally designed. If you create a new genesis block, you are creating a new asset. Bitcoin was already running. The objective was not to invent a replacement. It was to keep the original system operating under the original rules. The real fork occurred when others changed the protocol. Preserving the protocol is not a fork. Changing it is.

An Open Letter to Coinbase Dear @coinbase, I would like to respectfully request that Coinbase consider listing Bitcoin SV (BSV) on its exchange. BSV is a public, proof-of-work blockchain that shares Bitcoin’s original SHA-256 mining algorithm and is designed to support high transaction volumes, low transaction fees, and a wide range of applications, including payments, tokenization, data services, and financial infrastructure. As the digital asset industry matures and blockchain technology becomes increasingly relevant to the global financial system, I believe investors and businesses should have broader access to networks offering distinct technical approaches and capabilities. Listing BSV would provide Coinbase customers with an additional choice while allowing the market to evaluate its utility, development, and long-term potential. I recognize that Coinbase maintains its own standards for asset listings, including security, compliance, technical requirements, and market considerations. I respectfully ask that BSV receive a fair, objective evaluation under those standards. Innovation deserves consideration. Markets deserve choice. Thank you for your time and consideration. Respectfully, A Bitcoin SV Supporter

BSV - The Most Important Money Conversation since 2009? Well, it's intriguing enough to me for us to hold a LIVE event on the subject in the West of Ireland at Frybrook House on 5th November. A fully immersive day in this potentially society-changing and highly contentious subject. If Bitcoin was really highjacked by the cabal to create BTC, it's our duty to dig into the Satoshi vision because the implications are profound for all our lives. Watch this and make your own mind up. Links to the live event and livestream are in the comments @garykealy2 @thecoastguy @SirToshiTV @The_f_in_Farmer @kurtwuckertjr
