Frog put the keys in the HSM. "There" he said "now we cannot leak the private key". "But our servers can ask the box to sign with the key" said Toad. "that is true" said Frog

Ladies & Gentlemen, we have managed to get the @EUCouncil ' EU Inc files. The ones that matter. The ones where we see the position of Each Member state: including who pushed the notaries' agenda. Buckle up and Repost. 🍿 Now if you are from those Member States, make some noise. Directly or through associations, politicians. Enjoy the thread 🧵 1/

“Pretty early on I realized that quite a few VCs, they are not very operational, and they can be actually dangerous for the company if they have enough power. So every single investment round, we just remove VCs. Now I don't have any VCs on the board. I think that's the best.”
Revolut founder Nik Storonsky says one of his investors tried forcing him to fire his best person: “He was forcing me to fire my best person, because he was too hardcore.” “Of course I didn’t fire him. I said no.” “Pretty early on I realized that quite a few VCs, they are not very operational, and they can be actually dangerous for the company if they have enough power. So every single investment round, we just remove VCs.” “Now I don't have any VCs on the board. I think that's the best. You always need to have operators rather than VCs on the board, people who actually build business and who know how to do things.”

Leaving this here, PHP 8.5.12 security patch is incomplete. ( needs further validation )
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
The PHP 8.5.12 release fixes the two specific CVEs (via state/bailout changes) detailed in official advisories; referenced "surviving paths" (e.g. var_destroy UAF) are separate pre-existing unserialize issues unrelated to this patch. php.net/archive/2026.p… github.com/php/php-src/se… github.com/php/php-src/se… github.com/dinosn/php-8.5…

At this point the whole EU Inc negotiations are so lost in the details that everyone forgot the main goal: Creating a standard. Basically, allow founders to raise quickly globally and use stock options to hire competitively. Let’s say it quite clearly: 1) If EU Inc isn’t providing a standard it’s useless. We already got 30+ legal entities in Europe. Experienced founders use Delaware Inc already because of this. 2) If EU Inc doesn’t fix stock options Delaware Inc is still the better option. I understand the there are complex details and people are worried about loopholes. But you can’t lose the actual goal of it because of it. An EU Inc that doesn't provide a standard is pointless. Nobody will care about intricacies of compromises reached in political committees if the market can't use the outcome. If you are in contact with your political leaders (prime ministers, presidents, et al) please reach out to them. Or to founders/investors in your network who might have that access. 🔥🇪🇺✌️ xitter.gq/euinc_petition/status/…
Europe’s founders need a European standard to compete globally from day one. Europe’s leaders committed to delivering one. But their teams are negotiating away the very things that make it one. There is still time to change course if Europe's Heads of State step in now.

Ich hab da mal was angefangen. Aktuell hilft Adler AI mit Infos. Step by Step. Weitermachen?

Over hundreds of venture rounds I’ve noticed they all fall into 1 of 3 paths 1. Investors throw cash at crazy growth (great!) 2. Founder runs a process that produces a term sheet (great!) 3. Hail mary stumble through cold pitches that gets lucky (avoid)

Take every bit of friction out of your fundraising process: - Asking for an e-mail address to see a deck - E-mailing back and forth to schedule a meeting (just send a Calendly link) - Requiring anything more than an e-mail to book a Calendly appointment - Requiring passwords or 2FA to see a deck or book an appointment (yes, people do this) - Asking for NDA’s All this stuff slows you down and stops you from raising money.

Watch the EU Notary Lobby celebrate amendments by @EP_Legal rapporteur MEP @repasi to EU Inc. The Notary Lobby: "Repasi’s amendments go fully into the right direction." (art 14, etc) Instead of a 48-hour digital setup, EU Inc is about to get all the red tape it was designed to fix. Against the wills of Europeans. Against the spirit of EU Inc. Watch it. Repost to stop the crippling of EU Inc. Speak up. We need a notary-free EU Inc.
