What's refreshing to know about this video is that Patrick Stewart was a fan of Godzilla, and spoke this from a position of sincerity. A simple fact about a lot of western Godzilla 'fans,' including major community figures, is they hold contempt for Godzilla in their hearts even if they'll never admit it and doll it up as legitimate enjoyment.
Patrick Stewart was a real one. He'll always have my respect.
