In October, Ukraine’s Defense Forces hit at least 30 targets inside Russia, starting with the plants that keep its missiles flying.
At Proton-Electrotex in Oryol, the main workshop producing microchips for missiles was destroyed. The Redkino plant in Tver region, which makes fuel components for Kh-55 and Kh-101 missiles, and the Kamensky Combine, a solid rocket propellant producer, were also hit.
At three airfields, 8 Su-34s were hit, 2 of them destroyed by Neptune missiles. These are the jets Russia uses to drop glide bombs on Ukrainian cities.

October’s deep strike results: Ukraine’s Defense Forces struck 3 military airfields and 7 defense industry plants.
Neptune coastal missile systems destroyed 2 Su-34s, and 6 more were damaged. A Nebo-U radar worth an estimated $100 million and an Iskander-M launcher were also hit.
We strike their production, their launch platforms and their ability to attack Ukraine.

Ukraine and @NATO’s innovation accelerator DIANA signed a memorandum of understanding, the first such agreement DIANA has made with a partner country.
It means extra funding for joint projects, closer work with the NATO-Ukraine JATEC center, and a faster path from idea to battlefield for Ukrainian developers.

In my opinion, what Dmytro Lubinets has done is no less than heroic. He went to the enemy’s den, knowing that there is a big possibility of provocations, potential hostage situations, and other known and unknown dangers, - because it was his duty to ensure evacuation of fellow citizens.
Of course, Ukrainian security and intelligence followed the process, but still, the risk was very high.
I don’t think many people would be able to dare.
People are very happy that they managed to leave Oleshky. They are safe now.
☝️Our people are sharing their emotions and talking about everything they have been through. Their pets are also with them on the buses. They managed to bring their beloved animals out of Oleshky too.
Along the way, local residents are coming out to welcome them. Even in the evening, people stand by the roads, waving their hands and greeting the buses. They are happy to see the buses coming through. For those who have been through so much, seeing this kind of support means a lot.
Thank you to everyone who comes out to meet them, who waits for them and welcomes our people. It means so much.

За цими офіційними словами – людські долі, роки болю та очікування. Найстаршій врятованій 94 роки, наймолодшій дитині лише рік. Сльози, обійми й нарешті перші хвилини спокою без постійного страху за життя.
Ця безпрецедентна місія стала можливою завдяки координації та особистій залученості першої леді США Меланії Трамп.
Вдячність Президентові України Володимиру Зеленському за системну політичну волю для порятунку наших громадян.

Overnight alone, our energy infrastructure came under Russian attack in four regions: Dnipro, Vinnytsia, Zhytomyr, and Khmelnytskyi. Substations, transformers, and power lines that supply electricity to our people’s homes were targeted. Repair crews are working everywhere. As of now, hundreds of thousands of families remain without power.
Massive Russian attacks on Ukraine’s other critical infrastructure are also continuing unabated. This past week Russia has launched 1,940 attack drones, more than 1,580 guided aerial bombs, and 44 missiles of various types against Ukraine, including 36 ballistic missiles. The intensity of the strikes is extremely high, and the Russians are trying to take maximum advantage of the shortage of ballistic missile interceptors.
Every day, we communicate our need for Patriot missiles to America, Europe, and other partners who can help. And this month, the United States and European countries made new decisions on additional packages for Ukraine. But these deliveries cannot take years. Russia is destroying infrastructure and killing our people right now, and it is betting on ballistic missiles this winter. Accordingly, decisions on air defense must also be implemented now. I thank everyone who supports the defense of Ukrainian skies.
