New York Democrats have declared WAR ON THE AMISH. Thanks to their unconstitutional attack on religion, they're now able to fine EACH unvaccinated Amish child $2,000 EVERY SINGLE DAY. β € The $118,000 bill is one day, not the cap. Three one-room schools alone already owe that much for 59 children, at $2,000 each. β € Health Commissioner Mary Bassett imposed it on December 15, 2022. She called the sum conservative because it assumed only one day out of compliance. β € Dygert Road was billed $52,000 for 26 children. Pleasant View was billed $46,000 for 23. β € Shady Lane was billed $20,000 for 10. β € Footnote 9 of the Second Circuit opinion records the state's view. Each day an unvaccinated student attends is a fresh violation and a fresh $2,000 fine. β € Another day for those 59 children is another $118,000. A 180-day year at that rate is about $21 million, and the families say they cannot pay the first bill. β € Joseph Miller, Jonas Smucker, and Ezra Wengerd run the schools. The schools sit in Clymer and Heuvelton, plus the Canajoharie settlement, and take no public money. β € They had a religious exemption for decades. On June 13, 2019, Democrats repealed it after measles spread through Orthodox Jewish neighborhoods in Brooklyn and Rockland County. β € Governor Andrew Cuomo signed the bill. Governor Kathy Hochul left it in force. β € A parent may not excuse a child for faith. β € Senator James Skoufis said the exemption was made up and fake. Assemblyman Jeffrey Dinowitz called it utter garbage. β € Counsel Aaron Siri told the New York Post the families can pay only if the state takes their land. Some in the community have talked of leaving the state. β € The case is Miller versus McDonald. The Second Circuit ruled against them on June 30 in 2026. β € A Supreme Court petition was due around September 28. Make sure EVERYONE sees this. If WE don't stand up for these incredible men and women - WHO WILL?!?!?! β € Where is the β€œmy body my choice crowd now”? οΏΌ

Anyone should have the right to say no to any medical procedure including vaccines and not need to have any reason. That right to decline should not be tied to civil liberty infringement because we are free beings inherently and the constitution enshrines these God given inalienable rights. You cannot have informed consent without the free ability to decline. So really exemptions should not even be needed. JUST the word NO. This is what needs to be changed legally and culturally. For the current climate of this messed up world yes, anyone should be able to religiously exempt. I feel strongly that collectively we need to push past fighting for the right for exemptions and command, reclaim, and demand our inherent right to say no freely and without civil liberty infringement.

The state of PA is attempting to get rid of the Amish control group by a systematic state-run apparatus. (NY Amish people are another target.)
1/ 🚨This is much bigger than measles. I found a state apparatus reaching into Amish bodies, food, farms and schools. And Pennsylvania’s own immunization director supplied the phrase that unlocks it all: β€œperhaps even over generations.β€πŸ§΅πŸ‘‡

Attempting to remove the Amish control group. Fight the good fight, Mr. Siri.
We are appealing this back to the Supreme Court.Β  The Second Circuit ruled this way last year and the Supreme Court vacated it and told them to try again. They decided to again violate the rights of the Amish. So, we will be going back to the Supreme Court. Also, yes, the Amish children in this case are far healthier than American children who are vaccinated. Our sworn papers make that clear that the families in the three Amish schools at issue in this case have a total of 168 unvaccinated children (no vaccines) and that none of these children have any of the chronic health issues that plague children in the United States. We also provided sworn expert evidence attesting that among a random sample of 168 U.S. children, one would expect to find (based on the background rate of chronic disease among U.S. children) 31 cases of environmental allergies, 15 cases of ADHD, 10 cases of asthma, 9 cases of food allergies, and 4 cases of ASD. Yet, the 168 unvaccinated Amish children whose families New York wants to persecute are free from the chronic health conditionsβ€”all related to some form of immune system dysregulationβ€”that plague the vaccinated communities in New York. Since vaccination is supposedly about improving health, and the Amish who do not vaccinate are clearly healthier, one would expect New York to leave them alone. But that is not how this religion works. The vaccine zealots in New YorkΒ cannot stand that the Amish refuse to abandon their beliefs in favor of the religious beliefs held by the New York officials regarding vaccines. These β€œhealth” officials are willing to sacrifice the way of life and belief system of these Amish children and their community, that has kept them far healthier, if they refuse to bend the knee to adopt cult-like vaccine beliefs. These β€œhealth” officials also apparently cannot stand that the Amish children are healthier and are even willing to wage war against them until they submit and receive every vaccine New York demandsβ€”so they can be just as β€œhealthy” as all the children outside the Amish community. The Amish earnestly seek to avoid conflict but because violating their sincerely held religious beliefs is not an option, they have been placed in the impossible position of being required to leave New York to simply send their healthy children to Amish schools on Amish land. We, along with co-counsel, intend to continue litigate on behalf of the Amish to defend their freedom to practice their religion in peace.

While you wait for Fauci’s hearing to start, a reminder that when the U.S. government purchased Covid-19 vaccines from Pfizer and Moderna, it contractually agreed to keep the PREP Act immunity in place for as long as their vaccines are administered in the United States. What that means is that the U.S. government promised Pfizer and Moderna that it could not be sued for harms from its Covid-19 vaccines, irrespective of whether an emergency continued to exist. But not only did our government contractually agree that Pfizer and Moderna can harm and kill Americans with impunity, it also guaranteed Pfizer and Moderna billions of dollars for this privilege. Even worse, the U.S. government guaranteed this immunity in July 2020, months before it first authorized Covid-19 vaccines in December 2020. Meaning, the U.S. government pre-guaranteed these companies immunity from any harm caused by their products, thus, knowingly undermining any incentive for them to create a safe product. And how much were Pfizer and Moderna guaranteed to be paid by the U.S. government to develop a product that could harm its own citizens with impunity? A total of over $21 billion just in the initial rollout -- $8.63 billion for Moderna and $13.15 billion for Pfizer. Sound unreal? See the actual contracts for yourself linked in my most recent restack. The Fallout The implications are incredible. To start, Pfizer and Moderna could sue the U.S. government for breach of contract and potentially other relief if PREP Act immunity is terminated before the United States’ use of their COVID-19 vaccines ceases. Only in an upside-down world would the U.S. government siphon over $21 billion of its citizen’s taxpayer dollars to Pfizer and Moderna and pre-guarantee a profit-motivated company sweeping immunity for harms its product causes to its own citizens. Summing it up: The U.S. government guaranteed Pfizer and Moderna immunity for injuries from their products before they were even developed, thereby eliminating the incentive for these companies to make their product safe. Worse, it gave these companies billions of dollars of its citizens’ money to develop these products, and even more incredible, it then spent billions more of its citizen’s money to promote Pfizer’s product as β€œsafe and effective.” And in an ultimate slap to its citizens, then it required them to be injected with this product under the threat of grave consequences, including expulsion from school, losing their job, discharge from the military, etc. Who is Being Protected? Who exactly is the U.S. government working for? Whose interests is it protecting? Government agencies have a well-documented history of being captured by industry. It is known in political science as regulatory capture. In this case, the capture is by pharma and the degree of capture is unprecedented. You, the collective citizens of the United States, have paid Pfizer and Moderna billions of dollars. You have paid with your taxes. You have paid with your bodies when you were injured without recourse against Pfizer or Moderna. You have paid with your right to freedom when you were forced to be injected with their products under penalty of losing basic civil rights, employment, or more. And what have Pfizer and Moderna paid? Nothing. They instead raked in billions of dollars of your money as long as they developed a Covid-19 vaccine and were shielded from liability irrespective of how unsafe of a product they developed or how much harm it would cause the public that paid them. The Solution The above again brings into focus why no medical product should ever be mandated. This assures you can say β€œno” if you don’t want a product developed with pre-guaranteed immunity for harms. β€œNo” where its clinical trial had more deaths in the vaccinated group than the placebo group. β€œNo” where it generates over $55 billion in revenue but its morally-bankrupt manufacturers won’t spend a dollar to compensate those injured. Even if you support all current vaccines, masks, etc., there may come a day when you may not want to take a mandated medical product or procedure. When that day comes, it may be too late to recapture the rights you have surrendered. Rights lost are rarely retrieved. This is why, while everyone should be free to take any medical product, everyone should also be free to decline any medical product without penalty. It should be that simple. Take Action To that end, I encourage you to send the following proposed legislation to your legislative representatives: β€œNo law may require or coerce a person to receive or use a medical product, or impose a penalty or deprive a benefit for refusing a medical product or refusing to disclose whether a person has received a medical product.” Medical freedom is freedom. If you cannot get a job, go to school, play sports, sit in a restaurant, or otherwise participate in civil society because you refuse a medical product, then what good are your rights if you can exercise them only at home by yourself? That is why medical freedom is a fundamental right that must be permanently fixed into the law of every civilized nation. Thank you to all the warriors, veteran and new, who join arms in the battle to secure this fundamental right. As aptly stated in the Declaration of Independence, we β€œare endowed by [our] Creator with certain unalienable Rights” and to safeguard those rights β€œwe mutually pledge to each other our Lives, our Fortunes, and our sacred Honor.” We must never yield to the tyranny of permitting others to dictate what can or must be placed, administered, or injected onto or into our bodies. For once that right is ceded, none truly remains.

All of this.πŸ‘‡πŸΌ
Let me break it down in a simple way that I’ve been reporting from the beginning. To invent a vaccine for a disease that didn’t exist, our scientific Einsteins used taxpayer money to partner with communist China to create the dangerous virus in a labβ€”So that they could create a vaccine for it. Covid was a result of primarily US funded vaccine research, and that’s the thing they could not let you know. They stopped at nothing to obfuscate, misdirect, cover their tracks, protect themselves, and controversialize anyone telling the truth. The scientific establishment and media aided and abetted. I can think of no more impactful, crimes and violations that have occurred in our lifetime.

🧡🧡🧡The war on MAHA continues as the EPA attempts to eliminate ALL federal limits on several forever chemicals in your drinking water. On the heels of the executive order issued for the executive branch to do everything possible to protect glyphosate manufacturers from lawsuits when their poison causes cancer, the EPA is now attempting to remove all limits from several forever chemicals in drinking water. That’s right… they aren’t just raising the limits -they are officially eliminating federal limits on several PFAS [forever] chemicals. I explain more and what they do in the thread below. @VigilantFox @TheChiefNerd

Data centers in York County, SC will foster a public health quagmire w/noise pollution, water & electricity affordability. 24/7 operation will trump citizen utility needs. Also incentivize future surveillance state & our children’s digital prisons. @brandonguffeysc @JackieforSC
ABC News investigated and found more than 3,000 data centers are already operating nationwide At least 1,000 more planned Residents near data centers are seeing much as 50%+ increases on their electric bills β€œABC7 has also been covering public meetings over proposed data centers and there are questions about water use and the environment. The i-team in ABC News studied this private company's data center map and found that there are at least 4,302 data center projects across the U.S. Large and small. Of those, 3,038 are currently operational with another 1,203 either under construction or plan for construction. 61 have acquired land. In Illinois, there are 164 operating data centers with another 81 planned for construction. The largest state project plan is in Yorkville. It would be 2 gigawatts and according to the ABC7 data team would use the same energy that would power approximately 1.7 million homes more than every home in the city of Chicago.”

β€œIf data centers are to exist at all in South Carolina, there should be one non-negotiable rule. They must be completely self-sufficient. Their own power. Their own water. Their own infrastructure. No subsidies. No taxpayer support. No socialized costs.” πŸ‘πŸΌπŸ‘πŸΌπŸ‘πŸΌ
Why South Carolina Should Walk Away From Data Centers Data centers have suddenly become a big issue in South Carolina. A series of federal executive actions are pushing states toward certain regulatory frameworks, and as usual, politicians are lining up to comply without asking the most important question first - Is this constitutional? I do not approach issues based on whether they sound modern, innovative or popular. I approach them based on whether they respect the Constitution. That document has served this country well for nearly 250 years and abandoning it for convenience is how you lose your freedom piece by piece. Under the Tenth Amendment, states retain sovereignty over matters not explicitly granted to the federal government. Yet what we keep seeing is state leaders bending the knee to federal pressure, adopting federal direction as if it were law, and setting dangerous precedent in the process. You may like the current president. You may believe he is doing a good job. I do. I gave him a seven figure donation. That is not the point. What happens when the next president is someone like Gavin Newsom? Are you prepared to take direction then? If you have already surrendered state authority, you will not get to choose when to resist. That is why state sovereignty must be defended at all times, not just when it is politically convenient. For that reason alone, I oppose federally driven mandates around data centers. South Carolina should assert its Tenth Amendment rights and make its own decisions. But constitutionality is only the first problem. The second problem is that South Carolina does not know how to make deals. From the Governor’s office to the Legislature, we have people making economic development deals who have never actually made real deals in the private sector. They do not understand risk. They do not understand leverage. They do not understand long-term cost versus short-term press releases. I have spent my life buying and selling companies. When I look at the deals this state has made on battery plants, electric vehicle projects, and similar ventures, the conclusion is obvious. If these were private-sector negotiators, they would be fired. The terms are terrible. The risk is enormous. And the taxpayer is left holding the bag. Now those same people want to negotiate with data centers. That should scare everyone. Data centers present two major problems. First, they do not deliver meaningful benefits. They consume massive amounts of water and power. They require enormous infrastructure investment. And they create relatively few jobs. The idea that we need a data center in South Carolina to be β€œon the forefront” is nonsense. Data moves instantly. You do not need a data center in your backyard to participate in the digital economy. Second, their costs do not stay contained. When a data center demands new power capacity or new water infrastructure, those costs do not disappear. They are amortized. They are depreciated. And they are passed on to consumers in the form of higher utility rates. The citizen pays. Again. This is how bad deals work. The upside is overstated. The costs are hidden. And years later, families are told to accept higher bills because capacity had to be expanded for a project they never benefited from. If data centers are to exist at all in South Carolina, there should be one non-negotiable rule. They must be completely self-sufficient. Their own power. Their own water. Their own infrastructure. No subsidies. No taxpayer support. No socialized costs. If they cannot operate under those terms, they should not be here. South Carolina is not in a position to gamble on projects it does not understand, negotiated by people who cannot negotiate, under pressure from a federal government that has no constitutional authority to dictate these decisions. This is how states get into trouble. Slowly. Quietly. One bad precedent at a time. The smart move is simple. Walk away. Reassert state sovereignty. Protect taxpayers. Stop chasing shiny objects. And demand leadership that understands the Constitution, understands economics, and understands that not every deal is a good deal.

Socialism inevitably fails in the end. It always does. Not for the elite class, but we the underclass. Following socialism, a higher evil, communism, patiently crouches at the door, ready to pounce on individual liberty & inalienable rights. πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ is about to cross the Rubicon.
I’m originally from India, where Mamdani traces his roots. In many ways, he and his family remind me of India’s post Independence elite who embraced socialism and imposed Soviet style five year plans inside a democracy. The elites were anglicized and well educated, and did very well for themselves. The rest of the country did not. The damage was profound, and in many cases unforgivable. That collectivist experiment is one reason India still trails China, which acknowledged the failure of that model more than a decade earlier. I was born in socialist India. A foreign-exchange crisis forced the country to open its economy. My world changed almost overnight, and I discovered freedom, choice, and rugged individualism, things I’ll always choose over "warm collectivism," with its shortages, hunger, and poverty. So imagine the unease of watching this destructive and failed ideology resurface in the heart of American, and global, capitalism: New York City. This will not end well.
