I was so sure the old man was lying about running a single budget cycle.

This is President Tinubu promising to end the habit of running multiple budgets by 2026.
He said “We’re terminating the habit of running three budgets in one flow. By March 31, 2026, all capital liabilities from previous years will be fully funded and closed. From April, Nigeria will operate on a single budget,”
They were all lies. This would not be the first time he has taken Nigerians for a ride.

You wouldn't believe what happened next: both the WhatsApp group admin and the person he transacted with suddenly disappeared and blocked him immediately after confirming the money.
