Good response about the incompetent, erratic, corrupt president calling her names.
Democrats, if you're smart you will: 1) Get this woman elected. 2) Make her a Presidential contender within a decade. This woman is smart, tough, all while being dignified. Don't let this talent slip through the cracks.

We just learned more about Trump’s Venezuela oil deal, and here’s everything you need to know: 1. This deal is structured to hide the identities of people who stand to profit from it. You don’t hide that unless you have a reason to. And the man whose firm Trump just bought a 35% stake in? Alejandro Betancourt, a Venezuelan billionaire who has faced several money-laundering investigations around the world. 2. Don’t expect cheaper gas anytime soon. Experts have been telling us for MONTHS that oil production in Venezuela isn’t going to lower U.S. gas prices anytime soon. Betancourt’s company is able to deliver as much oil in a year as the U.S. uses in a few days. Anyone promising this deal will bring down prices at the pump is selling you lies. 3. If there’s a legal fight over this agreement, it has to go through a Texas court that Trump’s DOJ has repeatedly turned to for favorable rulings. 4. This deal creates a board designed to be shielded from oversight and accountability. Trump’s own Treasury Secretary wasn’t able to give Congress basic answers or audits when he testified about Venezuela just last month. But we should blindly trust them now? So let’s recap: Americans aren’t going to feel relief at the pump. The identity of the people involved is conveniently hidden from us. And legal disputes go to a specific court that disproportionately rules in Trump’s favor. Whatever you think American foreign policy towards Venezuela should be, Congress and the public deserve to know who’s involved and where the money is going. propublica.org/article/trump…

The federal judge in Alaska presiding over Trump’s lawsuit challenging the state’s senate race election results has officially fast-tracked it for DISMISSAL. The ruling opens the door for democrat Mary Peltola (Yupik) to become the first female Indigenous Senator in U.S. history.

Shameful. Disgraceful.
Today we learned that it was a 28-year-old DOGE operative who gutted USAID, and HR had no record of him working there. Totally normal stuff.

Pundits may be talking about “turning Texas blue” but James Talarico isn’t. He just wants to turn it purple. What has one party rule gotten Texans? Wages below the national average. Double the uninsured rate. Record farm bankruptcies. They’re ready for a more purple change.

(CNN) GOP Rep. Ralph Norman bashes Trump and Graham: South Carolina voters "deserve better" “The voters in South Carolina are not buying the argument that everyone has to ‘settle’ for a candidate that has been propped up by special interest groups and a Republican president spending millions of dollars spreading false narratives about why Darline Graham is qualified to be elected to the U.S. Senate for the next six years!!” Norman wrote in a text message. Norman added: “This election is about attempts to ‘force’ a candidate on the voters of S.C. And regardless of the outcome, it didn’t have to be this way as the great people living in South Carolina deserve ‘better!’ Bottom line!! Elections have consequences!!”

She should. The Republican Party no longer exists.

Wow. Roger Marshall just so happened to purchase stock in a pharma company one week before it received FDA approval. Insider trading is not the kind of headline you want to see less than a week before an election you are struggling in. #KSSen open.substack.com/pub/popula…

A Republican voter in Kentucky thinks Trump is going to cost the GOP both the House and Senate. When even people who voted for your party can see the damage coming, maybe the problem isn’t bad messaging. Maybe people are finally sick of the chaos they helped elect.

And some in MN want to vote for the REP candidate, who would undoubtedly help Trump seize even more power and steal even more money. No way! These are dangerous times. Democracy over Party.
This is a national shame.👇

That's a great story, if true.
A 9-year-old boy was teased at school for wearing a homemade University of Tennessee shirt. He didn’t have any official merchandise. So for his school’s College Colors Day, he made his own. He sketched a simple “U.T.” logo on a sheet of paper and pinned it to an orange shirt. A few classmates laughed at him. He came back from lunch in tears. Then his teacher posted about it online. The University of Tennessee noticed the post. And rather than scroll past it, they turned his hand-drawn design into an official university T-shirt. The response was huge. More than 50,000 shirts were pre-ordered. Then the university went a step further. It offered him honorary admission to the Class of 2032, plus a four-year scholarship covering tuition and fees, if he later chooses to attend and meets the admission requirements. He was mocked for making his own shirt. Then thousands of people bought it. And the university he was cheering for gave him a future to look forward to.

This might mean absolutely nothing, but last night in Lubbock, Texas, Trump said and I quote: “I think you’re gonna be pleasantly surprised next Tuesday.” Again, this could just be a coping mechanism, but knowing this man and his tendencies… That doesn’t sound like coping to me.
