Give it 6-12 more months and you will see some really weird stuff coming out of Amazon guru crowd
Think Amazon is saturated? lol
Nothing compared to the CONTENT around the niche of selling on Amazon
A new FBA or doesamazon guy pops up every few hours
Many of them will just milk their audience every few weeks for whatever they can
The $ cow will run out and odd adaptations will occur
1. Way more volume of extremely odd content (clickbait, engagement bait, etc.)
2. Extremely high quality (valuable) content
Since most guys literally don't have the capability for #2, they resort to #1
You can already see this with some of the videos posted in the space
I forget the guy, but saw a video of a dude stitched with a tiktok chick just geeking out on Keepas a few weeks ago
Wtf dork shit is that
This never happened in the past - scanning at Marshalls, live sourcing OA, explaining BOLO's, etc. was enough to get the job done
Now that content is saturated and oddities form to survive
There isn't enough space in peoples brains to consume it all, so they will pick the ones that either spike dopamine highest or give them the most tangible value
Drew retweeted
By far, the biggest problem/psyop I see in Amazon sellers is when they get obsessed with "scaling"
Orange bars are a great dopamine hit (I've been there)
And gooroos push "scale, scale, scale" because
1. It keeps your motivation high - and they are in the business of keeping you motivated
2. The higher your orange bars - the better testimonials (lol what is a profit)
This sentiment was bad when I first started, but is MUCH worse now for whatever reason
Every 1/3 calls I get on someone says "So when should I scale bro"
Never dude, you are -$2,434 profit a month
This is very dangerous, especially because most sellers are leveraged out the ass
After being completely out of Amazon now and being mostly detached from the situation, I think you need to heavily consider how you even define "scaling"
This business is not sellable
Some may accomplish this, but extremely unlikely
So "scaling" your revenue for the sake of scaling it makes 0 sense
I'll give you some math, then my advice to you if you sell on Amazon still:
You want to hit $100k rev a month (for whatever tf reason) and from what I have seen, the average NET margin at this amount is sub 10%
Let's go with 7.5% - you make $7,500 for every $100,000 of shit you sell and you risk ~$50,000 (minimum) in working capital to do this
That working capital number is probably a bit off, sorry been out the game...
Anyways, now you want to get to $15,000 a month NET profit - you now need to get to $200,000 a month in sales and risk $100,000+ in working capital (likely your margin will drop more, so inflate the numbers)
Simply look at the math - the risk in no possible way is worth the reward
In my opinion, the ONLY way you should be looking at "scaling" is your bottom line
If you want to get to $10-15k+ net profit a month, you must do, and systematize, the little things
- Optimize your credit card cashback and ONLY use credit cards that are 2-3% (no exceptions)
- Activate cashback portals at every checkout and recover all missing cashback - another 1-2%
- All removals/damages need to be sold on eBay or Facebook - another 1-2%
- Leave all the groups you are in and unnecessary software's that you use - another 1-2%
- Make sure 0 inventory is lost - another 1-2%
There are hundreds of other little things you can do as well
These small 1-2% things can double your profit much faster than injecting capital will
If you are in a business that has a 50% margin, yes, it makes sense to scale revenue
But when you are in an extremely low margin business - these little things on the bottom line are far more important
You see what I am getting at here?
You take 0 extra capital risk (and maybe even reduce exposure) and you manage a SMALLER business that generates more profit than someone with a "7 figure business"
To summarize and for you to ponder on...
If I ever returned to the Amazon scene, my plan would be simple:
- Get to an average of $50k revenue a month (20% NET margin)
- 80% of my time towards little tasks to improve the net profit, 20% of my time towards actually sourcing
- Mute all Amazon sellers online to remove comparison game, instead study founders/operators of low margin businesses (restaurants, grocery stores, retail stores, etc.)
- Delete Amazon app off of my phone so I have 0 orange bars to look at

Where will the average Amazon Seller (RA/OA/Some Wholesale) be in 5 years?
.....you may be wondering
There are tons of points I can give here - but I’m going to stick to 3 that are solely platform related
Maybe this enlightens you on why I decided to take my chips off the Amazon table and move on
3 is by far most important, so read through
1. Increasing Fee’s
Why are all the fees happening?
Constant increase with no end
I honestly struggle to see why this is happening aside from Amazon not wanting small quantities/small sellers to plague their platform
Prep Centers hate that shit - imagine Amazon warehouses
Would assume it has something to do with 80%+ of problems coming from >5% of revenue generated (but I have no clue, it's just bad and will get worse)
2. Competition
The marketing angle for amazon is crazy at big normie scale
“You can start a 7 figure business being a complete poor idiot with no skills!1! Just go scan!”
Intriguing for anyone and super low barrier to entry - competition will only get worse
10 years ago, Amazon was blue ocean - gating was hard, competition was low, wild west style
5 years ago, Amazon got HYPE with the virus shortages - people were amazed at the opportunity, things became easy
Today, Amazon is hard - people are in the "this shit may not be worth it" stage
5 years from now, Amazon will have cracked down on everything - only the ultra strong will survive
You WILL work more and take more capital risk to make the SAME or less money
This is the nature of the game
And for those of you who do not believe this - check any Amazon forum, FB group, etc.
You can see sellers MUCH older + more experienced than me making the same decision
3. Amazon’s Long Term Plans
Look at a massive push Amazon is doing
The Influencer Program
Pushing Influencers = Amazon is Bullish on Content + Brands
Imo - Amazon wants to be Shopify on roids
Brand oriented platform - skip shopify and go there to START and scale your brand instead (ads, influencers, flashy discounts, and I could see email marketing + mini-landing pages being introduced in coming years as well)
Why I believe they are being much harsher on suspensions and getting docs for inventory as well
They are trying to keep things clean
Random OA/RA/Sketch wholesalers are NOT clean and make the platform unappealing/risky for brands due to the possible reputation damages (especially with social media these days)
As competition rises as well, more sketchy things will happen
Sellers like many of you on the platform only compete on price
DH Gate fakes for $10 > OA Item with loads of coupons + hours of work for $35
The risk will be worth the reward for many people at this stage and later stages of the market
They will try to overtake Shopify, and they will likely succeed
Much of this is speculation, these are just the things that I have observed that have lead me to my current conclusions
Maybe I am wrong, but I doubt it....

How I bought and sold almost 20,000 units of crayons for back to school season.
This is a memorable story to share with you. Hope you'll like it.
It was a morning sourcing session for me (I love to wake up early and just get straight to sourcing). The sun was up. I could breath in the fresh air of early morning before it gets too hot in summer in PA.
So, I asked myself, what I should source today. Maybe, I should prepare for back to school hype as every guru has talked about!
I asked ChatGPT what the most popular items are for back to school. First thing it gave me was crayons.
Okay, one is good enough. I stopped there and went straight into KPF. Input "crayons" for title. There were a lot of results. Checked out a bunch of listings and I realized that the sale rank drops tremendously for these kinds of products during July-August.
I hit up @DrewFBA. Dude said this is nuts. Fucking go for it. "No joke". Dude is a pretty serious type of guy. So I guess he was not joking at all.
I went to all of my Walmart in the 3-hour radius. Listed them on multiple listings. FBM those 24 packs and 12 packs. FBA those 6 packs. The sale volume was nuts.
I couldn't get my hands on them enough. So I hit up my cousin in Houston, TX. We literally shipped 3,000-4,000 lbs of crayons to Amazon in two week span. Crazy.
Profited almost $8k from just crayons (hint: I also sold a bunch of backpacks for back to school). More than what I paid for his mentorship. LOL.
Moral of the story: having a good mentor who has already been through enough and gained a ton of experience is crucial for shortening that learning curve.
Will I figure it out by myself? Possibly.
Will I get to the result as fast as possible? Not really.
So, the crucial question is how much more time you can afford and not how much money.

How I learned more about selling on Amazon in 1 day than I did in the previous 622 days combined
I've done coaching, courses and countless hours of YouTube to get my business started and growing.
I (like many of you) couldn't help but notice that most of the content out there is exactly the same.
Does following and applying that information help for beginners? As long as you apply it, yes it does.
The problem is, the space can get extremely crowded when a small group of people are telling you how to source and where to find products.
The crowding gets compounded when the people who were taught how to source and where to find products start teaching the same exact methods.
On and on and on it goes.
I first started seeing posts from @DrewFBA in early 2023.
I have never told him this, but his content pissed me off at first lol
Why is this guy showing up on my timeline with VERY different information than what I had initially learned AND he was doing it at a scale that was wayyy bigger than what I was doing.
After several months of burnout with how I had been operating, I reached out to him to see if there was really a way to do this differently.
Let me tell you this, Drew has more knowledge on sourcing and running an FBA business than anyone I've ever met.
I left that first call with information that completely changed how I looked at products.
I'm positive I uttered "I have never heard anyone say that" no less than 5 times in that one call.
@DrewFBA is leaving the business to pursue bigger and better things, but before he goes, he is going to put on an event like nothing I've ever heard of.
An 8+ hour seminar that will be have ALL of your questions answered, the most profitable sites to source from, an inventory lab deep dive of his best SKUs, and so much more. Whatever you want answered, he will answer (barring personal relationships).
Quite literally this will be the last Amazon course/coaching/whatever you will ever need.

From $0 to $6,000,000+ (My Amazon Journey, Lessons for You, and the Future)
Buckle up, this one’s gonna be extremely long, but possibly the most useful piece of content you will read in this space
I started selling on Amazon 4 years ago right after graduating college
$1,100 to my name
0 direction on what I was going to do - marketing degree wasn’t worth shit
Decided to start reselling as a bridge to whatever job I was going to get
First month, I made like $600 profit
3 months later, $25k profit in a single month (pools goin crazy at the time)
This compounded with other Covid related stuff and stacked $8-25k a month for the rest of 2020 and so on into 2021
2021-2022, not much changed
Constant 5 figure profit months living the ideal life of freedom I had wanted to achieve
Learned a ton about OA in the process and made some good connections
2023, goal was $3M revenue and to throw in some coaching since I had so much free time
Well, 2023 entailed far more than that
Early in the year, I opened my coaching program and charged a very, very low rate and gave insane value
This was in hopes of a 100% success rate (lol very naive)
I learned quickly, the fit of the client to you is the most important aspect of this style of business
I am a run and gun, pound out massive knowledge, you do the work type of guy
Lotta mfs need a complete hand holding, say your goals in the mirror, tony robbins type shit just to get on their computer
This was a big reality check and led to extreme mental stress and inevitable burnout
Reading thousands of Keepas a week, getting hundreds of 1 on 1 calls a month, answering the same questions over and over again
Hours taken from the biz + Other Biz ventures seemingly doing well = Huge decrease in motivation for Amazon
Not a problem though tbh
Ended the year with FAR more cash than all years combined (and 2nd most profitable year out of the 4)
I would say my Amazon experience has been much better than most as well
- NEVER missed a CC payment
- Never asked for cash from anyone
- Never took a loan
- Made damn near 7 figures in profit
- Helped 10+ people quite literally 3-10x their income from Amazon
$15k revenue months to $50k profit months
$8k rev months to $30k profit months
List goes on
Eventually, I’ll compile some insane case studies from my coaching last year
But that's not what this is about
See, throughout this whole process of doing this I got some insanely valuable advice and connections that have ultimately made me decide I am going to move away from the Amazon space
I am not as passionate anymore and it simply doesn’t align with my long term goals
I was (and kinda still am) making 5 figures profit every month, but I am on pace to make much more with other ventures now
Juice doesn’t seem worth the squeeze (for me personally)
This year, much of my content will be much different
HOWEVER
I am leaving the space with one final informational dump
I have yet to see anyone do anything like this
And what inspired this:
Got a call from the owner of a prep center I use and he said out of every client he has had (300+), I am the best at what I do
He said there is no way I can walk away from it lol
Kind gesture and I greatly appreciated it, but I am still walking away from it
But after that call and shortly after a $10M+ a year seller saying I was one of the best guys he had seen when it comes to sourcing
I decided I definitely can’t just keep all that shit in my brain for no reason
So, this will, undoubtedly, be the most valuable piece of content ever produced on the OA side of Amazon
What is it?
An Exposé of everything I have ever done or heard of on Amazon
Everything I have ever learned
An 8 hour + long webinar that WILL NOT stop until you guys are out of questions
Nothing is off the table (aside from my personal relations in the space ofc)
I will answer anything
- Most profitable sites to source from
- List of most profitable ASIN’s I have ever sold (Inventory Lab deep dive)
- Ability to send a Seller ID and will break down how they likely get their inventory
Whatever you want, you get it
All anonymous - questions will not be tied to you and you can use a pseudonym during the webinar
But 100% Transparency from me
This will burn bridges I am sure lol but I am leaving, I don’t care
This will not be recorded and an NDA will be required to attend
This will not be a motivational hoorah to get you to “visualize” not being a fucking loser
You can find that shit at one of these meet-ups or “exclusive” coaching programs
You won’t have to be disappointed that I launch a course, more coaching, some BS group or whatever after this

Well let’s talk about this .
I know Drew for over a year now , and i mentioned that many times in my tweets before , how he was one of the reasons why I’m in this space and how did i get here .
For whoever knows me and see what i post here they know that I’m Anti-Guru guy , and i hate to see people paying money for BS recycled info that has zero added value or minimal for the price point.
I have gotten many messages from people asking me if i have any recommendation for courses/mentorships about OA and my first and only recommendation was Drew .
People see me talking about RA alot and that’s for the reason i like RA more than any other method . But less people know that i did over 250k in sales last year just from OA and specifically A2A flips . For a guy who had no clue what is “buy box” means that is a huge W.
And That would never happen if i didn’t reach out to Drew and start mentorship with him .
My return on that investment is infinite ♾️, I’m doing good in business since then and learned alot from him that even helped me to source better RA and be a keepa “NERD” .
Do i recommend the service he’s offering right now? Absolutely yes .
Why ?
from My personal experience with Drew i can tell that he’s one of the most honest guys in this space ,no BS at all .
Had over 50 hrs of 1 -1 calls with him and i never felt he was hiding anything at all so i clearly know what is waiting for you there !
Is it for everyone? Absolutely No, if you still brand new and your main question is “how to get ungated” that’s totally not for you , but if you already doing good on your own and looking to scale that will save you alooooot of time and i mean it .
6 hrs webinar on avg 5mins to answer a high quality question transparently with zero BS that will get you to over 80 answers ! And that would probably take over 30 courses to find answer for that specific knowledge you missing.
Now you waiting for my referral Code ? Im sorry to disappoint you,I have one but won’t use it and won’t share it .
I do believe that this webinar worth every single penny without the need of a discount, if you really looking for knowledge, and i would never promote for anything to get something in return “No shame on having referral links and discounts for a service, but it’s not me . not my mentality “
If i genuinely believe in something and know that it would really add value i would share it instantly. And this is one of the very few paid services that i would recommend.
And if you think that service is what you where looking for and want to save some money then you might be able to find discount codes from other people and take advantage of it .

You won’t have to be disappointed that I launch a course, more coaching, some BS group or whatever after this
That won’t be happening
If you want to stop wasting money on all the bullshit info-products, conferences, challenges, etc. in the future, this is for you

WHY DON’T YOU KEEP ALL THE SAUCE AND MAKE ALL MONEY YOURSELF?
Is that the question you have when you read the below tweet from Drew?
If yes, good. At least you are still intelligent enough for critical thinking.
Drew is not the only guy who sells info products off Amazon OA. But more importantly, he sells freaking good info. Why do I know? Because I joined his coaching and I went from sub $30k monthly revenue in April to $60k in July and almost $330k in combined Nov and Dec.
Drew taught me the technique that not many people in this space talk about.
Wanted to find someone on twitter storefront, I said. Drew showed me. Next thing, my mind was blown.
Wanted to go deep as fuck on back to school ride, I told him. Dude showed me the sauce on a quick call. Right after that, I went to all of my Walmart in a 3-hour radius and cleared out the stocks.
I asked him what his best ASINs are. Dude freaking showed me too. I asked him if he is not afraid of me stealing his sauce. Dude said seeing me succeeding from his program is more important than a few grands he can make himself. Fuck, dude genuinely cares about his mentees.
Drew holds his words. And when he says he is leaving, he is leaving for good. No more Amazon FBA tweets from him. No more guru exposes by Drew. No more tweets that are so sophisticated and full of advanced vocabulary that I, who speaks English as a second language, had to look them up.
If you like what I share, and you want to get all the sauce from a lifetime $6M amazon seller, sign up for his seminar with the link and coupon code below (if you buy this seminar without the coupon code, you will never make it with OA business *metaphor intended).
Use code "DUC" all caps at checkout for $500 off of the $2,500, and a free call with Drew using code "duc" at that second part of checkout. I do get a small kickback from Drew (see he is still watching out for me).

Drew’s one of the best dudes I’ve met in this space and one of the few I’ve met up and spent time with irl
If you can’t learn one thing from an 8 hour call with Drew to make 10k within a year there’s something wrong

I used to be one of these guys
If you venture out of “reselling” even a bit, you learn -
Why this happens + why it will only get worse, forever
I’ll break it down so you guys don’t get stuck in the agro phase of understanding of online marketing and can learn a lil too

Drew is one of the very few people here that have a real value to provide.
Took mentorship back in march to learn OA , and surprisingly the value i got from him helped me scaling my business doing “RA” not even OA !
That’s what should happen when you get real value , doesn’t matter what you doing, the knowledge is knowledge and when you learn from smart person and you put the effort and build on that knowledge you get better results.
Highly recommend watching this video
And other ones if you really looking for true value.
