歩数計忘れたので今日はスマホのエモパーで、本日は4765歩でした、少し遠めのスーパーに行ったけど今日はちょっと歩き方がゆるかったかも ファミマに寄ったらハロウィンの飾りのちいかわ達がめっちゃ可愛くデコレーションされていました、そういえば明日はハロウィンですね♪

北欧やオランダなどだと平均身長182cm、なんて話も聞きますが、当時の平均身長を考えるとこのガタイは目立っただろうなあ…ロシア人って結構背が高いイメージあったので当時の新兵平均が165cmだったのは意外だけど、あの時代は庶民は過酷な労働と栄養不足で長身になりづらかった可能性もあるよね

역사 속 키 큰 왕들 🇺🇸 워싱턴 188cm (당시 미국 병사 평균 173cm) 🇷🇺 표트르 대제 2m 넘음 (당시 러시아 신병 평균 165cm). 가짜 이름으로 서유럽을 돌았는데 키 때문에 다 들킴 🇰🇷 신라 진평왕 11척 (삼국시대 남자 평균 약 7척, 한나라 자 기준). 삼국유사에 절 돌계단을 밟자 돌이 부서졌다고 나옴 근데 설화 기반이고 당시 1척 길이도 23~36cm로 확실하지 않아서 정확한 키는 아님

昨日寝る前めっちゃ揺れたと思ったら千葉近辺で震度5弱だったんですね汗 しかも今日朝から冷え込みがすごくて半そでから長袖デビュー、ドテラも出そう 今日は和服の日、着物の着付けとかはできないんですがドテラも立派な和装防寒具、褞袍（どてら）、丹前（たんぜん）とも言うそうで漢字がかっこいい
