We’ve heard a rumor SEPTA ran the numbers on this and it would only cost about $10,000 a year (yes, you read that right 👀)
Combining the TransPass and Zone 1 TrailPass was one of the smart Regional Rail reforms @5thSq proposed a few years ago that @SEPTA_SOCIAL could implement almost overnight with minimal revenue loss.
I hope it happens as part of @DVRPC's fare equity analysis.
