Nah guys they are building an Itsu and a Leon in Brixton. We really need to talk about the whitewashing of Brixton and the ongoing exclusion our communities are starting to face on their doorstep.

It’s everywhere and tells us that these people & their history are disposable to UK theatre. Using a country and culture as a backdrop; ‘near enough’ casting; lack of representation of that culture in the team; The list goes on.

I miss making performance for non-theatre spaces, esp. outdoor. There's so much imagination and humility required when you collaborate with such uncontrollable spaces. The way it asks for boldness + clarity, and continually questions your communication + form. if you try to play

Absolutely loved the site-specific @DroppedTea @TheatrePeckham series of short plays and performances off Rye Lane. The gentrification/eradication of communities & neighbourhoods built by us is going to be one of London's biggest regrets. Congrats to all involved! @kelechnekoff
