At #FWA2026 there was a teenage black furry (about 17) who walked up to me to tell me im the reason their mom let them come to the furry convention because “There are black people there so it’s cool” — i told them i did the same thing at their age. This year was special.
Unfortunately I been got orders during FWA weekend so I had to cut it short, but a time was def had. 💖
