To @ECHR_CEDH, @PACE_LegalHR, @coe, @EUCouncilPress, @PACE_LegalHR, @alain_berset, @BlackLawyersUK, @nationalbar, @EUCouncilPress, @amnestyuk, @PACE_President, in view of my previous applications which were erroneously declared inadmissible, due to the deliberate exclusion of the merits in the applications, and with regards to the six current applications against the United Kingdom (for breaches of Articles 2, 3, 6 (1), 8, and 13 of the Convention), filed by Mr Atole Timothy Enaholo (Applicants’ Representative) on the 10/08/2026 at the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR), I wish to draw the attention of the President & Registrar of the Court, that a failure to disclose and regulate the use of microwave radiation devices with through the wall sensor in policing (see the harmful, torture and lethal device below), is a failure to protect the lives of over 800,000 victims (1.2% of the UK population) who are been tortured and disabled with the radiation devices by @metpoliceuk, as evident in paragraph 35 or 34 of the Additional Statement of Expansion, validated by Michael Bevington's letter to United Kingdom Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, covered in page 10, under ‘‘Applicants Reasons for Requesting for the Disclosure of Microwave Radiation Device with Through the Wall Sensor’’ in all the six applications, and a failure of Duty of Positive Obligation, which was explained by the Court in paragraph 220 (under 157) in the case b/w Vilnes v Norway [2014], applications number: 52806/09 and 22703/10 etc., and one of the reasons why the six Applications filed by Applicant’s Representative (Mr Atole Timothy Enaholo), at the European Court of Human Rights, on the 10th of Aug., 2026, should be declared admissible.

To @ECHR_CEDH, @PACE_LegalHR, @coe, @EUCouncilPress, @PACE_LegalHR, @alain_berset, @BlackLawyersUK, @nationalbar, @EUCouncilPress, @amnestyuk, @PACE_President, in view of my previous applications which were erroneously declared inadmissible, due to the deliberate exclusion of the merits in the applications, and with regards to the six current applications against the United Kingdom (for breaches of Articles 2, 3, 6 (1), 8, and 13 of the Convention), regarding the failure to disclose and regulate the use of harmful microwave radiation devices with through the wall sensor in policing (see torture device below), filed by Mr Atole Timothy Enaholo (Applicants’ Representative) on the 10/08/2026 at the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR), I wish to draw the attention of the President & Registrar of the Court to the ‘‘Doctrine or Standard of Absolute Necessity’’ explained by the Court in paragraphs 149-151 in the case between McCann and Others v. the United Kingdom (1995), Application Number 18984/91} (see the ECHR judgement page below), covered under 'Met Police Service and Home Office Tacit Admission of Using Microwave Radiation Device,' in page 10 of all the six applications, and expanded in paragraph 16 (a) to 16 (l) or 17 (a) to 17 (l) of the Additional Statement of Expansion in the Applications, The Court explained that, for a State to meet the threshold of "absolute necessity" required for deploying a lethal or potentially lethal equipment/force against a victim, it is the duty of the State to explain that the deployment was ‘‘strictly proportionate’’ and was carried out as a last resort, without any error during the planning and control stage by the State and its Agents. Violation of Article 2 of the Convention occurs, if the victims sustained life threatening injuries, from the lethal or potential lethal equipment, even if they ultimately survived, is one of the reasons why all the six applications filed against the United Kingdom by Mr A T. Enaholo on the 10/08/2026, should be declared admissible.

To everyone targeted with microwave radiation devices with through the wall sensor by @metpoliceuk, through their contractors (Reed Specialist Recruitment, and other contractors linked to Police torture services in the United Kingdom), authorised by @ukhomeoffice, and @MayorofLondon, it is high time we approach the International Criminal Court (ICC), @IntlCrimCourt to bring the perpetrators of this crimes to justice in their personal capacities.
