Nor has he been able to mend the growing schism in the church regarding whether anthros are part of God’s creation, or something more sinister. The Eckzahn allowed the Vatican city to operate as normal (as much as they could given the situation), given full autonomy, and allowed them to broadcast messages and instructions to the bishops below them.
