@ubereats_uk same auto reply repeated over and over. Wrong food item sent (£15 DOUBLE steak item when a £10 salt and pepper chicken one was sent out to me) Restaurant not getting back to me. Uber eats showing once again it has the WORST customer service going.
@Uber_Support any idea why my issue isn’t being dealt with and I’m just getting the same auto reply over and over. It’s beyond the £18 meal I threw away now this is just terrible customer service.
@Uber_Support love that you can only upload one picture when you complain on the app now. Utter joke lids not secured split everywhere. One sandwich ruined as liquid went through cardboard driver laughed when I showed him the mess. Got two half filled drinks and a wet butty
