Age verification laws are unconstitutional for accessing any digital device. How the heck does age verification protect anyone from wanting to download a weather app when a storm is coming and how does age verification protect your phone, devices and online? Oh wait os doesn’t.
Texas found out the hard way from the consequences of passing unconstitutional laws. Because Texas flipped from red to blue. Texas started the Digital ID movement here in the US. Texas GOP FAFO’D with Digital ID. Both sides don’t want Digital ID.
These 45 AGs need to resign immediately for wanting an unconstitutional law and Digital ID
45 attorneys general have written to Congress demanding it quickly pass the Senate’s Kids Online Safety Act, with the "duty of care" intact.
That clause makes platforms liable for content a regulator decides is harmful, so sites will delete lawful speech to stay out of court.
The AGs openly describe their $17 billion Meta settlement as a stepping stone. That deal forces Meta to age-check every Facebook and Instagram user with ID or a face scan, and both sides agreed never to challenge it as unconstitutional.
They also want KOSA to leave their own state powers untouched, so they can keep adding rules on top. They want one federal standard and fifty extra ones as well. Every version ends with an ID check.

As a Republican, I am not a fan of his politics. But I am a big Dragon Ball fan. That is very interesting and neat.
Texas' new attorney general Nathan Johnson has revealed that he composed the score for 67 episodes of ‘DRAGON BALL Z’ as well as 5 of the Dragon Ball movies.

If Texas goes blue they only have themselves to blame because Texas started the Digital ID movement here in the US with age verification laws which violate the First and Fourth Amendments.
In Texas in order to access an App Store and websites you upload your ID or do a facial scan. Something that websites and companies don’t really delete they collect your information from that. Then data breaches happen and hackers will have something to connect
Smurfing? what the smurf he did to a smurf. So he smurfed smurfette for how much.
An FEC complaint has been filed against US Senator Mark Kelly for Smurfing. Totaling a stunning $41,300,637.00
Smurfing is criminal money laundering into political campaigns, using "Smurfs" = straw men.
Political Committee C00706861, MARK KELLY VICTORY FUND has accepted 961. Smurfed donor transactions totaling $2,054,634 from 581 unique Smurfing donors. That these transactions encompass 27.2% of the 3,536 available committee transactions and also being 24.6% of the $8,355,160 full committee transaction valuation
Political Committee C00696526, MARK KELLY FOR SENATE has accepted 790,641. Smurfed donor transactions totaling $39,246,003 from 46,697 unique Smurfing donors. That these transactions encompass 68.3% of the 1,157,117 available committee transactions and also being 36.6% of the $107,149,771 full committee transaction valuation.
Statutory Violations: 52 U.S.C. §§ 30122, 30116(f), 30102, 30104, and 30121.
Not sure if there is a more wayward, anti-American than this guy. He is NOT a US Senator as he cheated big time in his election(s).
No one wants this that is bs of this happens. Also the digital data tax is also nonsense
President Donald Trump is reportedly considering a novel policy proposal to introduce a per-minute play tax on 'GTA 6'!
Insider reports claim revenue generated from the tax would be directly redistributed as relief funds for low-income, hard-working families. The proposed US play-tax inspired by France's recent digital internet data tax.

Why are you implementing Digital ID Texas. Digital ID is not something true real conservatives would do. True real Conservatives wouldn’t allow these unconstitutional laws to pass.
Texas is making every social media user prove their age before they can open an account. That means adults too, not just kids. The full Fifth Circuit is now rehearing the case against the SCOPE Act, and the age checks aren’t even up for debate. The only question left is whether Texas also gets to filter what teenagers see.

WTF repeal this unconstitutional law now. Repeal all age verification laws. Age verification laws violate the First and Fourth Amendments. There don’t protect anyone.
Alabama passed a law, 138 votes to nothing, that makes every phone user in the state prove their age before downloading a single app.
A 45-year-old who wants a news app has to hand ID to Google first. Existing accounts get no pass either. Every one of them must be verified by October 2027.
Teenagers will need a parent’s sign-off to install Wikipedia, Duolingo or a Bible app, and kids without a parent to ask get locked out completely.
Apple, Google and Amazon’s lobby group has now sued to block it on First Amendment grounds.

Supply is there the demand isn’t there. IDK what she is on.
Xbox leader Asha Sharma says there's "more demand than consoles available" as Xbox hardware sales dip by 14% eurogamer.net/xbox-financial…
Because the brand is dead. If it’s also on PC and Xbox people will only get the games on PC. Also if it’s in Gamepass people will choose gamepass only very few people will double dip on gamepass and buy the game. Best saving Xbox is going publisher at this point.
Yes no. Every where has Xbox series consoles in stock. No one is buying them
Six years into its lifecycle, Microsoft says it still can't make enough Xbox Series X/S consoles to meet demand as total hardware sales drop again kotaku.com/xbox-says-theres-…
