We're aware some players may not have received their Competitor presale email. If you reached the required rank before the snapshot, you can still access the presale by creating or signing into your TIXR account using the email associated with your Riot Games account. The team is sending additional email waves to affected players. Rest assured, if you made the cut before the snapshot, you’ll have access to the presale during the announced sale windows using your associated Riot email 👇
