Hey eagles! Take a few minutes NOW to pack some fruit/granola bars/sandwiches for breakfast and lunch TOMORROW. And start drinking water NOW cause it won’t go well if you try to chug it right before practice. You can’t finish a race if you start with an empty tank #Preparation
Hey Eagles! Physicals and concussion education are required BEFORE you can try out. Bring your physical to the Athletic Training Room (email will be too slow at this point) as soon as you get to the school on Monday. Start hydrating NOW and don't forget to eat before practices!
