@firestone your customer service is horrible ,went there to fix a problem they already was supposed to fix , gave the runaround until they say, we cannot fix your car because the guy that used to work there no longer works there. I was also told to find where he works and take
it to where he works now ..On an air force base . No sir I took my car to firestone not a specific mechanic . This after denying I even had an appointment for them to even look at it . I have proof sir, you sent the confirmation to my email. But wait it gets better, after leaving
the car at @firestone all day , no call , I went to pick it up and they refused to look at it. You could of least called and told me that @firestone in Waldorf, Md . don't come here
