Update: The hearing in USA v. California is happening today in a Los Angeles courtroom at 1:00 PM. Currently, there are 106 filings / orders in this case. By my count there are 16 attorneys appearing, mostly from the State of CA, the ROV's office, or are their Amici Curie filers / Interveners.
This is for all the marbles folks. Will California be allowed to continue to count non-citizen mail in ballots?, even after they have been credibly shown to have non citizens on their rolls, received ballots and voting? Or will the Democrat Judge order CA to halt the counting of ballots and segregate those 20,000 or so that have been alleged by DOJ as non citizen ballots.

We @CivilRights have requested the voter rolls of ALL 50 states. 1/3 of the states cooperated, and 2/3 didn’t (including CA). @TheJusticeDept will continue to enforce federal laws, such as VRA, HAVA, and NVRA, to ensure free and fair elections for ALL Americans!
Already hearing concerns from elderly VA residents about political activity in their nursing facility.
Still no sign of the CMS memo from July that was issued about protecting elderly residents' voting rights, and guarding against any coercion by staff.
She came to visit her mother—and found an “I Voted Today” sticker.
In Memphis in 2012, Ruth Echols said her mother, Annie Hanna, had advanced Alzheimer’s. Yet she learned Annie had participated in voting at her nursing home.
Ruth wanted answers: Who helped her mother mark the ballot? How were her choices determined? Why hadn’t the family known the visit was happening?
Ruth had legitimate questions but she did not get satisfactory answers.

Michelle Byram discovered her mother, Kathy Lennon, had voted absentee at a Bangor, Maine, care facility in 2016—after seeing an “I voted” sticker.
Her mother had Alzheimer’s. Michelle questioned whether she understood the choices: “I’m pretty confident that she couldn’t even name a candidate.”
Officials said municipal staff administered voting and that Alzheimer’s alone did not disqualify her.
Michelle’s experience carries a clear lesson:
Families cannot assume how voting will be handled. Ask questions before ballots arrive.
Who offers assistance? How is consent confirmed? Are the voter’s own instructions followed? Can they freely decline?
