Our @active_coast team are running a @BBCCountryfile Ramble for @BBCCiN at @SewerbyHall this Sunday. Admission to Sewerby Hall is free for people taking part. There is a 1 mile and a 5 mile walk. The 5 mile walk starts at 10am prompt. #CiNRamble
