After over a decade of mismanagement, the UCLA athletics department was at rock bottom. We finally have the right people in leadership and this is finally heading in the right direction. These things take time. Season ticket sales were in the dumper before this season. Student involvement was pointless before this season. Those will ricochet back with a vengeance. But it’s not a switch you can just turn off and on. They’re addressing all the challenges involved with fan engagement at UCLA and this will turn around drastically in the years to come. But it takes time
