One more EUPC baby

It's really exciting to hold our two days of EUPC training for Law Enforcement Officers (LEO) at the @EMCDDA, thanks to @EUCPN: interested, critical and open-minded "no-bullshit" people. LEO are essential for an overarching prevention strategy.

... but "even" UK can take part in the EUPC implementation. Soon, there will also be Swiss national trainers from @AddictionSuisse. It is only a matter of will and determination.

People worked day and night together at the EUPC training of trainers. It did create bonds by talking about (really) evidence-based prevention; ... long-lasting bonds, we hope.
