Social-emotional skills are key to the future of work. I'm excited to be delivering the keynote address for NYC's CTE Impact on Achievement Conference 2022 on Monday to speak more about this connection.

Leadership is presence, so it was pleasure to meet with principal @ChungTeachesNYC at her hallway desk today during my visit to learn more about how the Urban Assembly Academy for Applied Math and Science is innovating in public education!
Great advice that can be applied in so many areas of life (personal development, learning, rehab, etc)

I love people who see the best in people. They are so uplifting to hang out with and they inspire me to see the best in others as well.
Good list. I would add frequent proposal team check-ins to identify and address content issues. Also, consider using Trello or Asana for schedule management.
Your proposal schedule says pens down on Wednesday COB, but when is COB, exactly? COB your time may be midnight, while COB for your colleague may be 5pm. When creating your next proposal schedule, be careful not to use vague terms like “close of business”. redteamconsulting.com/2021/0…
